I would definitely recommend this class to anyone working toward their real estate license.

Instructors are not given the…read moreproper materials to help the students and from my experience whenever the instructors have reached out to the office they are blown off. Every good instructor that I have had so far in my interior design program has left the school since I have started my degree. I have had two instructors so far that have caused problems within the design program and I have reached out to Mr. Essie for help. He stated that no other students have complained and I explained to him that the students are afraid to complain due to the fact that they are not taken serious so they have given up. Just last week I reached out to Mr. Essie I'm confidence to explain to him that a new instructor he has hired has crossed the line professionally with his words to his students calling me bulimic and another girl large with that being said I do want to state that he was joking but it was still unprofessional. Essies direct response was that he didn't believe he would say that but he would talk to him. I immediately found out that he did talk to this professor and told the professor who said the complaint and the following week the professor announced to the class that it was me who made the complaint. I'm usually not a complainer but the school is extremely expensive and nothing is being done to better these students futures. Southern technical college I urge you to take a trip to your Fort Myers campus and look into all of the complaints and take action to provide your students a better future.

My experience was they said full refund and made a lot of promises. I asked for refund prior to last day of refund to the Owner. Told to wait because it would get better. Went a 2nd time, told the same thing. Then third time I insisted. Told 3rd time (again by owner), the day for refund was past and state law would not allow a refund and I could sue them if I wanted, but no refund would be issued. (This from the owner). 3. Even if that wasn't an issue, the RVIA/RVDA now has it's own training program: RVTI. (This option did not exist until last year.) You are much better off and will save money as they RVTI enforces the curriculum, develops the tests, and maintains records. And you know RVTI is legitimate organization. They are officially endorsed by both RVIA & RVDA and respected by heavy weights in the industry like LazyDays , LaMesa as well as other RV companies. 4. Life may be like a box of chocolates and you never know what you are going to get. But, why risk thousands of dollars and months of your time. Go to the source, save money, and have confidence that your training is from an industry recognized organization. Both my friend and I were laughed out when we told them we were graduates of this school. If I had a do-over, now that there is an RVTI, I wouldn't even bother looking anywhere else (maybe RV Academy as they are well respected).
