This used to be a very reliable Taxi/Cab Company, and "Laura" The Taxi Controller was friendly and always seemed to get a Taxi to you on time. But sadly she's left now, and things have gone wrong somewhere.. Taxi's turn up late or sometimes not at all, even if you've booked them hours before. And when you call the Taxi base, the "I don't know / can't be bothered attitude" really puts you off calling again. Booked a taxi yesterday morning for pick up this morning at 7.20....and pre paid online, 7.20 waiting outside my house....no cab, so I call speak to Matt who was very harsh and tells me its on its way, they cannot control the traffic and "just wait"....2 more calls and 25 minutes later it eventually turns up, no apology, possibly the rudest taxi driver ive ever had who proceeded to drive erratically to the station whilst constantly looking at his mobile phone whilst driving! In the mean time ive managed to miss 4 trains and was then 45 minutes late to work! DO NOT USE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

Was using this taxi firm for a long time until today. I was spoken to in a condescending way on the phone, due to a mixup with taxis the day before. Extremely disappointed with the service given I was a loyal customer and had used them for such a long time - perhaps they need to train their taxi controllers in a bit more customer service and how to address people on the phone. read more

Driver was late turning up. Struggled to hear what he was saying due to his thick accent on the phone which delayed things further. He then missed the exit ramp in the car park at Gatwick and drove head on into a concrete pillar whilst I was in the back of the car. The driver refunded me in cash and the woman on the phone was rather brash and her offer to send a replacement driver was not much use considering it would be an hour to get there and another hour home. I asked them to cover the difference in cost between the original refunded fare and me just jumping in a cab at Gatwick to go home (£40 difference) and they refused to do this. I really should have checked the other reviews online but I booked last minute. This is a factual review which I can back up with a paper trail and pictures of the damaged taxi. read more

Utterly unreliable. We ordered 2 taxis in advance to go to a wedding. One taxi showed up 30 minutes late. We weren't kept informed at all about the lateness. Then the second taxi never showed up at all. I called probably 25 times but each time the company picked the phone up and hung up on me. We ended up missing the beginning of the wedding because of Computer Cabs and a member of staff at the Premier Inn had to drive us. They ruined our day. read more

Absolutely disgusting service. I've never been spoken to so rudely in my life. Despite the fact I was standing outside my house in the rain, the "controller" (a nasty young women) called me a liar and refused to send me "another" cab. What I had to gain from this lie is fairly unclear as it meant I missed my train and was late for a client meeting. This is not the first time I've been astonished by this companies "customer service" having been treated like dirt last time I went into the urine soaked office to order a cab. I have no idea why the council continue to let them have the prime position at the station as I'm well aware of other people's opinion of them. I can only hope that when the new station is opened these disgusting, rude people are nowhere near it. Avoid at all costs. Use ABC Cabs instead. Complain to the council if you have also been abused by this service. It's easy to do on Medway Council website. This shouldn't continue. read more
