They had it done before I knew it and even offered some tips on the rest of the tasks I had to finish! He was upfront and honest, prompt in responding and on time and prepared as promised. Axiom was tremendously overpriced, very unprofessional, and very difficult to communicate with. I…read moreabsolutely do not recommend them. During the winter, they did remove the snow pretty well, but their prices were extremely high, and they charged for a lot of extra services that were not really needed. Then in the spring, they did a lot of "spring cleanup" work that I didn't ask for, and that wasn't needed, and of course they charged a lot of money for that work. The way their contract is written, they are just able to do whatever kind of work they want and charge whatever huge price they want for it , without even asking, and then the customer has to pay. It seems like a form of dishonesty, really. I guess it's legal because it's in contract in a kind of a vague way, but it's deceptive. Even the mowing was very expensive and they kept putting in extra charges for things I didn't want. Also, communication with Axiom is difficult, almost impossible. They are very unprofessional. I now have a different landscaping and snow removal company that I love. I had to pay an extra $400 to get out of my contract with Axiom, but it was worth it. My new company is 100% better, easy to communicate with, and does beautiful, work for less than 1/4 of what Axiom was charging.
