Such friendly and helpful staff, they didn't pressure me into buying anything, I went in expecting to just buy the most expensive laptop as i thought that would mean it was the best, and the girl instead talked to me about what i would be using it for and showed me that the machine that would best suit my needs would be much less than I expected. I was able to buy a number of other things as well and still came under my budget. Its been a few months now and my laptop is so snappy and i'm more than happy with it. On top of that I went in for a broken screen on my Nephews laptop and they were unbelievably quick and helpful, they had it fixed in an hour and it didn't cost half as much as i expected. read more

They sell you a warranty saying they'll replace the product if something goes wrong. That's not…read moretrue. They only agreed to take my faulty LG TV in for repair (away for a week). They have twice FAILED to show up to collect it...no call to say they wouldn't make it. If you fall for this, you'll be stuck at home for days expecting someone to show up as promised.
