They sell you a warranty saying they'll replace the product if something goes wrong. That's not true. They only agreed to take my faulty LG TV in for repair (away for a week). They have twice FAILED to show up to collect it...no call to say they wouldn't make it. If you fall for this, you'll be stuck at home for days expecting someone to show up as promised. I had a shocking experience in PC World Limerick last week the assistant manager got very aggressive on the shop floor. It was very disturbing experience especially as they had installed the software incorrectly which caused the problem. I sincerely hope he was having a bad day and does nt behave like this to other customers as I was very shaken by the experience. It was very unprofessional. read more
