I agreed and when the watch was collected, I found the original gold seiko winder replaced by a gold plated winder ( the plate has even worn off). I politely asked for this to be put right and was greeted in a very hostile manner and a refusal. I could not recommend anybody to go to this jeweller for repairs. They deserve no stars so the only reason they are getting one star is to enable publication of this review.
