My previous ortho retired so I went here this time. One reviewer said it feels like a factory assembly line and I agree. Lots and lots of busy bee workers but rarely will you see the orthodontist. That would be ok if the results were great but mine weren't, in fact they are worse than before. My upper and lower teeth don't fit together well, they hit in awkward places, preventing me from chewing at all on one side and I can't use my molars to chew at all. I have to use my canines and pre-molars to chew, and only on one side. My teeth are uneven, and I have an overbite I didn't have before. Regret my decision to go here but it's my fault for not shopping around more and doing my due diligence.

He and his staff are thorough and patient; my daughter was only 8 when she had her braces put on and being that young, she was not so keen on staying still or not wanting to be quiet through the process. But, his staff was great with her and they were very understanding. There is a possibility of us having to move from the Bowling Green area before her braces will be removed, but we will return to Lawless Orthodontics for all of her remaining appointments. They are that good!

I have given my number and it's not getting to the owner so if the owner cares less and the staff cares less why are we going there? I would suggest spending $4500 elsewhere with a staff that cares and treats you well as a customer and knows what the hell they are doing. 1 star-below average people that can't keep braces on. I continue to waste time and miss work to have them fix their issues and problems. I will have to visit the Dr during my son's appointment to speak to him. Horrible. We moved out of state and they never rescheduled my daughter. They sent her records elsewhere and the orthodontist wouldn't see her. now a dentist is telling me the braces will eat her enamel off and I've called them to take her braces off and get a retainer and they say there is nothing they can do about it. so do I take the braces off myself since another ortho will not see her because it's there appliances? They are crooks and just want money. They messed my son's teeth up and now I have to fork out 2000 more dollars for someone else to finish their work on my daughter. I don't recommend anyone going there. They took $11,000 dollars and never finished my daughter's treatment. I've let the BBB know and The American Dental Association. They need to be shut down!

I was babbling and she answered all my questions about their facility. My dentist was quick to prescribe me antibiotics since I had already had it abscess twice without any medication and to get what I needed. The Hygienist wrote me three referrals so I could see which one could get me in the fastest and which one would accept my new employer's insurance or Medicare.
