They had to call in another pharmacist, Allison. I didn't mind the wait. Nobody else seemed to either. Allison was amazing. So personable, professional, helpful and just a pleasure to have her give me the shots. And I didn't feel either one. She was great. I always get my shots there and everyone is always helpful and friendly.

Other pharmacies treat you like a second class citizen and act like they are doing you a favor just to fill your order. I can drop off an order with MS and they will have it in 5 minutes. None of this "20-30 minutes" line you get at other stores where they want you to shop while you are waiting. Also, Ted will paitiently explain about your medicine and answer any questions you have - without a big lecture. Give this place a try! They act like they WANT and appreciate your business.

Unfortunately, Walgreens and my prescription drug plan no longer have a good relationship, so Walgreens no longer will be able to sell meds to the John H. fam. That's too bad, because selling drugs is really the most important part of being a drugstore.

The pharmacist is too busy to talk to you on the phone or barely get to you if you walk in And sometimes the employees don't express to you that they're behind our will get to you soon, basically just common courtesy. Let me know after 25 minutes that you'll be with me soon. It's pretty sad. And could also stop an issue from developing by simply letting people know. The staff go through a lot at Walgreens. They do work hard, but it's just sad that a company doesn't help them. I hope they get paid a lot of money. They are true soldiers, but not being able to get my insulin is very stressful. I mean I'm going three days without any insulin a month and a half ago. It was a week. I'm so sick.
