Rachelle is fantastic! She's a total pro, very creative, and just plain fun to shoot with. My husband and I had a blast with her during our sunset couples photos at the Twenty Mile House and she got the BEST shots throughout the entire day as well. She has got it all down to science in terms of perfecting when to shoot the groomsmen vs bridesmaids, nails getting the pretty smile shots AND the more organic candid ones (my fav!). Not only was she a pleasure to spend the day with, she is extremely responsive over email, went out of her way to give us little sneak peaks pretty darn quickly after the wedding, and everything in terms of delivery of the shots later on was well-organized and easy. We had our April 2017 engagement shoot at the San Francisco Golden Gate Park, and our June 2018 wedding at one of Plumas' finest (if not the best) outdoor wedding venues - the Twenty Mile House. We have used Rachelle's services for our wedding pictures and we were absolutely satisfied. Before the event, she always promptly responded to all of our emails and phone calls. She flew to our wedding in Hawaii and even came with an assistant. She took a lot of pictures and she sent us a few hundreds edited pictures (on a 5 hours gig), which I believe involved a lot of post-editing work. I selected Rachelle on line because she is one of the rare few who will give you all of the good photos on disc at no extra charge. Every other photographer wants to dole out your photos charging you for each one without ever giving you the access to print from a disc. I wanted someone to document the days events and to blend in; getting the story and the behind the scenes photos. We paid for four hours of photography, and I received 189 absolutely gorgeous photos. I dare say the best we have ever had! I had several friends who did not make it to Hawaii call to tell me how amazing the photos were. Two of them cried being able to share all of our moments with us. We received detailed stunning shots of every aspect from the jewelry and flowers, to the nervous groom. There are so many good shots I barely know how I am going to narrow these down for large prints. I can put the photos to music, print as many as I like, share them with friends on facebook, and whatever else I may want. I can't wait for another event in which we can use Rachelle again. I could not be more impressed with Rachelle and the amazing photos which she took of our wedding. Prior to our wedding, Rachelle and I had several conversations regarding what type of "vibe" I wanted for our wedding photos. During our wedding, Rachelle was creative, thought outside of the box regarding shots (the last thing I wanted was the traditional cheesy wedding photos), and she was just a cool person to be around. We got married at the Twenty Mile House, Rachelle knew the property well and provided us with a wide range of shooting locations. (On a side note, if you are looking for a wedding venue the Twenty Mile House is gorgeous, and you HAVE to use Rachelle there).
