Although getting to the meeting point was a bit scary as we drove 15 mph through winding roads next to steep cliffs, the views were nice and the ATV experience was totally worth it! We gave ourselves plenty of time to get lost and it took us about 1.5 hours to get to the checkpoint. Luckily Google Maps was on the entire time and we even had an hour to kill on top of the mountain before our 12:30pm appointment. (Also had screenshots of the directions in case we lost service). Upon arrival, we met with the two girls who were wearing face masks and face shields so we felt safe. They had all the sanitizing stuff. They checked us all in, gave us each a mesh covering for our head, pairs of gloves, goggles and helmets. They offered different insurance plans (just like a rental car company), each ranging in price. Then, they walked us over to the ATVs where Jorge was our tour guide. He asked us if we've ever rode before and taught us how to use the automatic ATVs and made us feel comfortable and safe. (Throttle was on the right handle bar and brakes on the left. Second brake was a foot pedal). We drove on wide and narrow trails, over some fun rocky areas, kicking up lots of dust, and he took photos of us the entire time. This was a great family bonding experience and we're all still talking about how fun it was and want to do it again. Know Before You Go: It gets dusty so wear clothes and closed toe shoes that you're ok getting dirty. Give yourself plenty of time to drive to the location because the last thing you want to do is rush through the scary mountain roads. 10/10 would definitely do this again!

The first red flag was that the company did not provide a phone number, making it difficult to get help or clarification when we needed it. We followed their directions exactly and arrived 30 minutes early. We parked in the designated lot as instructed by the person at the gate, but our guide never came to meet us. We eventually had to drive into the park ourselves and locate the guide, who was parked on the side of the road. There was no clear signage identifying the company or where customers were supposed to check in. Once we finally found the guide, the intake process took approximately 40 minutes. After all of that, we paid approximately $700 for a ride that lasted only about 20 minutes. We were also promised pictures from the experience, but no pictures were ever provided. What made the experience even worse was the customer service afterward. Rather than taking responsibility for the poor communication, unclear instructions, lack of signage, and failure to provide what was promised, the company provided little to no accountability. For the amount of money we spent, this was absolutely not the experience we expected. Poor communication, poor organization, inadequate customer service, and failure to deliver what was promised. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company and would strongly encourage others to consider other ATV companies before booking.

I called him on a Friday afternoon if he had anything available for Sunday since all that I've inquired online said no availability. He said yes there was one available. I asked if we can go take a look at the RV and he gladly accomodated my request. When we got there (an hour after my last minute appointment) he was busy cleaning an RV and said that was the available RV for us. It seemed small for my family of 7. He then recommended the RV that was bigger but the same price. I thought it was a good deal and I made my deposit on the spot. We made arrangements to pick up the RV Saturday late afternoon instead of Sunday morning and during pick up he was very good in explaining what to do and how the RV works. Took about over an hour for all the walkthrough etc. and off we go. During our setup at the camp my husband probably called him 3x and he was available to answer all our questions. The Motorhome RV we rented was 27ft with a room (queen size bed) slideout. It was clean when we picked it up and everything worked great. It had kitchen essentials (pots,pans, coffeemaker,toaster, plates, 2 mugs, silverware, cooking utensils,cutting board, coffee filters,sponge, dish soap, handsoap) The bathroom had 4 rolls of RV TP. There was bunk and the sofa turns into a bed. The dinette side also turns into a bed. So much room and sleeping areas. Plenty of storage was a plus too.The RV had an awning (canopy outside),lead lighting, a table and tv outside as well. On the day we returned it we called Net and said we were running a bit late and he gave us another hour to return the RV and did not charge for it extra. Also when he inspected the Rv one of the cover for the outside that covers the inlet for the water was broken and he did not charge that as well (it was already lose the time we opened that cover at the campground anyway) Once we were done we thanked him and said we will be recommending his company to friends and family and we will be renting again from him. He also offered to show a bigger RV and a trailer for us to see if we ever wanted to rent again. All of his RV was beautiful, new and clean. Cons: Since I wanted to pick up the RV the day before our trip I had to pay half of the day for it. I really wished it was just free but I think it was due to insurance which was understandable since it was for safety of his RV's. He did provide the bike rack and did not charge me for that. Also we needed more blocks for the wheels to level the RV during set-up since the campground was a bit unleveled but we made it worked with whatever that was provided in the RV. Coyote RV rentals was effecient, transaction was very smooth and had the most reasonable pricing. The RV was new, clean and the people right next to our RV at the campground said it was the good model RV. Overall it was a good experience and will rent again from Net. He is a very nice family guy with outstanding customer service.

In 2025, we rented our trailer and upon arriving there were small gnats all over the bathroom (hundreds of flies) due to flying out of the toilet and they were clearly in the black tank. James refunded us part of our reservation fee and we moved on after bug bombing the bathroom. This year in July 2026 it got even worse!! We showed up to our already delivered trailer and there were ants EVERYWHERE. In the bunk beds, all over the bathroom and kitchen sink counter and it was disgusting. My husband and I spent hours wiping down the trailer with disinfectant thinking we got most of them and James denied knowing they were there. Unfortunately they were already in the pantry and got into our food that had to be thrown out. It got so bad that we left a night early and have not heard from James since regarding a partial refund. Renters beware!! The trailers are outdated, the couches are peeling and there are serious pest issues that need to be addressed. We wont be renting from them again.
