Donell(owner) went over the price with me to rent a dumpster. I shared this with my brother while on the phone with Donell. We decided to rent the 20 yd dumpster and the price given was $320. Once I received my receipt the amount taken out of my account was $340. I immediately called Donell to see why he took out an additional $20. Donell automatically started yelling at me telling me he would not have told me $320 for a 20 yd dumpster. Donell did not remember my email nor the address for the dumpster. He asked me to text him this information. So yes, it was possible he forgot the price given as. After going back and forth with him... Donell says it's only $20 I will refund it back to your account. The money was given back and dumpster dropped off for a 7 day rental on 3/26/18. The following Monday, pick up day for dumpster 4/2/18. The dumpster was not picked up. My mom called me the next day, 4/3/18. She stated someone was outside pulling stuff in the dumpster. She yelled but there was nothing she could do. By the way my mom has issues with walking due to her health. I called Donell left a detail message about others putting trash in the dumpster and I did not want to be responsible for others trash. No call returned. Later that day the people returned and added more to the dumpster. My mom called again asking if I got in contact with the guy for the dumpster. I called Donell again left a voice message and sent over a email asking when will he be getting the dumpster from my mom house. No return call back. On Wednesday, 4/7/18 I called Donell again. He answered, I told him I had called and left 2 voice messages plus a email regarding the dumpster not being picked up and others are putting their trash in the dumpster. I did not want to be charged for additional trash. Donell stated he would try and pick up the dumpster that Wednesday but they had been busy. Fast forward to 5/4/18, I arrived home from a cruise to find out my mom was admitted in hospital. While waiting on my uber, I checked my bank account and noticed Allen Services withdraw $42.30 from my checking account. I called Donell the next day to see why he went back into my account without my permission. He could not tell me and stated he would call back once he looks at the receipt sent to me. I went into my email to see if I could find something. I was sent a receipt 4/29/18 while on my cruise stating I was being charged overages for the dumpster having more trash then excepted. I called Donell back and told he I called you 3 times and sent a email asking you when were you going to get the dumpster from my mom house. I stated in the voice message to you people were putting their junk the dumpster due to you not picking it up on the 7th day. I've seen this done at neighbors house and if no one is around people will get rid of their trash or junk. We went back and forth about him taking more money out of my account. Donell finally say ..... it's just $42 I will refund you the money back. I WOULD NEVER..... NEVER..... NEVER..... RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!! HE IS A CROOK WHO STEALS MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AND HE LIES ABOUT THE ORIGINAL PRICED OFFERED!!! HE IS RUDE AND SO DISRESPECTFUL!
