DO NOT use this company! I had a pipe burst that flooded my downstairs flooring and sheetrock in my garage. They came in and cleaned up the flood and overcharged for several days of dehumidifiers. My insurance adjuster caught it and settled for the lesser amount saying it was a favor to me. After a battle with my insurance ( don't use State Farm either) I agreed to have this company do the rebuild. They used someone to replace flooring that had no idea what he was doing. My security cameras confirm this. Excuse after excuse that the flooring was the issue for the huge delay in finishing. When I inspected the job they did I was horrified. -Photos attached.- That is what they called a "finished" job. Caulking used to fill in space where flooring didn't fit, baseboards broken and just slapped in, trim pieces unfinished and nails sticking out, pantry doors not installed and more. I met with Brian who seemed upset that such a trashed job was done and promised to make it "right". I insisted they hire an actual professional flooring installer, which they did. After another delay of over a week they declared it finished. The flooring was done but nothing touched on the unfinished sheetrock in the garage. They left totally un sanded. They did refund $500 but that left me scrambling to get it fixed as this is a rental and the delays cost me many thousands of dollars. We had a pipe burst in an interior wall in the basement. Had the owner Rich come out. Told hi. We wanted to know what the issue was and quotes to fix it and to fix a separate issue. They immediately tore into the house, stayed till around 8pm and brought in equipment to dry the 2x4s and remaining drywall. Both my wife and I repeatedly requested quotes. They never provided quotes. Once they found out the insurance payment amount we never saw them again. After two weeks of calling we never received a call. What we did reciev was a non itemized invoice for an amount slightly higher than the insurance check. Complete scam in my opinion. Dont allow these people into your home or business. Never. They are unprofessional, inconsiderate and a rip off on my experience. You have been warned! read more

RUN AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN. It seems that every positive review on here is written by an employee or friend of the owner. I wouldn't hire them if my house were underwater. They put a concrete lid on our sump pump output hose that made it take longer for the water to be removed from our house, then denied it and refused to negotiate. Filed a lien on our house because we refused to be strong-armed into accepting a 20k bill for 2 inches of water that should have been gone in a few days but ended up taking 8. On top of all of that, the quality of work was extremely poor. They didn't even do a flood cut and threw all of our waterproof flooring away when they tore it out without asking. When I hired another mitigation company years later, they saw the damage and mold left behind by this company. I sent a contractor that I trust out to do the flooring, and the owner gave him tips on how to scam insurance companies. read more

Complete Restoration is the worst company to deal with. From poor service and having to wait for 9 days before things started to the way they charge. Rich will tell you he wants to handle everything so he can get the extra 10% for arranging work from subs. He just wants to get more money out of the insurance companies. He is hard to get in touch with and doesn't answer his e-mails to help. When they came out and painted our place they left giant runs and the guys that painted did not wear any protective gear and left before the job was done. Rich came out and didn't fix it he just painted over it. The soot in the cabinets was not completely removed and we had to re-wash to get it out and the soapy material they used. They display an icon from the Daily Inter Lake that shows Best of the Flathead and Voted #1 Restoration Company 2017 to 2019 Best of the Flathead. I don't know if they pay to get that because it is obvious that the Daily Inter Lake did not go to houses where they did work or talk with the customers. Do not use this company. read more

Should be called COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!! Charged $633. just to show up, then over charged the man hours by 40%!! WTF. After I called them on it they only reduced the bill by 6 man hours. Complete Restoration came through for us expediently and thoroughly. A vehicle hit our home and the second floor was in danger of collapse. Complete Restoration was on-site that evening, and had a crew out the next day to clean up the debris and shore up the house. They had a structural engineer and construction crew in the following days to assess the damage and make repairs. The area was secure and rebuilt enough to save the house and keep it safe for the winter. I had water damage. He came and set out fans and dehumidifier a but would not give me an estimate. 4 days later when area is dry, I get a bill for 4500. I sent a check for 600 less because he is also billing for work not done. I do not recommend him. He was very patronizing and keeps telling me he charges the same for equipment as rental firms but the 2 I called charged less than half for dehumidifies. He keeps calling and leaving messages but I do not return the call. Do not recommend him. read more
