I came here twice with my 2 year old daughter and the good thing about this place is the free lockers and stroller parking. The con is the price of the weekend and weekday pricing for children under 13 years old and the pricing for children does not include adults. Adults have to pay separately. It cost $45 for 13 years and under and $15 for adults on weekends. For weekdays, it cost $35 for 13 years and under and $15 for adults. Still somewhat pricey and it is only good for 2 hours. I don't think the staff is very strict with their 2 hours because there is only one staff lady who was nice and sitting on a chair monitoring the whole playground. I came in at 1:35pm when I signed up for 1pm and I decided to leave at 3:30pm and nobody complained so I got my 2 hours worth of playground time for the price I paid for. The whole playground had different obstacles and themes for kids of all ages to play. It got some steep slides that also got my stomach to fly! My 2 year old daughter had a lot of fun in the playground especially at the kitchen and grocery shop where there were lots of vegetables and fruits to play with. She was busy putting them all in her shopping cart. My 2 year old daughter was also very in love with the mini cars and trucks where I was busy pushing her around the whole playground. She was very happy with that. I was also going really fast with the toy truck to get a roller coaster effect. She was so excited! There were also 2 interactive video games with a jumping bouncy mattress that were very hard to get a chance to play. Everyone always takes those and you can barely get any time on it. They should make more of those. I was busy playing on one mattress with my daughter and some girls tried to steal the mattress and we had to make sure nobody steals our game. There was also a ball gun and ball pit section where you can stuff foam balls into suction tubes. There were some naughty kids in the ball pit section that my daughter and another girl had to watch out. There was some fight about sharing happening and luckily a mother and I calmed down the fight. It is all about sharing. Overall this playground was very clean and organized. There were sanitizers everywhere and the hand sanitizer by the elevator smelled really good like nice perfume! There were also cleansing cloths and a lot of benches for parents to sit while their kids play in the playground. The bathrooms were also clean and had toddler toilet seats and a diaper garbage can that stunk like crazy. There were many toddler stools for the kids to go on and wash their hands but the faucet was too close to the wall so my daughter could not even reach her hands to the water. I had to assist and throw water onto her hands. Sucks that it was not that ergonomical with the faucet! The women's locker room also had a nice interactive balloon mat to pop balloons as you step on them. My daughter played with that for a few minutes and had to leave. The elevators looked magical like you're going to some Adventureland or some fantasy place. read more

We had a playdate for my daughter, nephew, and niece and reserved the 7pm time slot. We arrived a bit early, and the staff was kind enough to let us in. On your first visit they place a red heart on you, which I thought was such a sweet touch. The space is spread out over several floors, but the kids spent the entire two hours happily playing on the 2nd floor without ever getting bored. There was so much to do, and they were nonstop the whole time! The staff on the floor were pleasant, attentive, and really made sure the kids had a safe, fun experience. This is a fairly large play area in the financial district that has a massive slide gym that kids seem to really enjoy. The real issue with this place is how slappdash everything else is. Duct tape and electrical tape is used to hold stuff together EVERYWHERE, "repairs" seem like they're done by amateurs, and there is a LOT of dirt and dust. It's $50 for two adults and a kid, and while that's not too pricey for Lower Manhattan, it would be really nice if they did a proper deep clean on issues like the ones I'd mentioned every few weeks and actually fixed the dents, cracks, and tears instead of covering them with chunks of tape. read more

Very over crowded on the weekends. No ones at the gate by the stairs to direct people or preventing kids from walking down the stairs. It was our first time visiting and we had to navigate ourselves to things like where lockers are (there's additional lockers that have dial pads in the bathrooms which we didn't know until we were leaving). There's a cool video game that kids bounce on a cushioned pad and see a mini version of themselves on the screen. However, there's no one managing a line and having kids take turns. It's a free for all. Overall, we've been to better play gyms. I didn't find this place to have a ton of things to do since it boasts as being the largest indoor play gym. This place is better suited for toddlers instead of school aged children. read more

Very disappointing experience, mainly because of the way the management treated us. At the front desk, an employee clearly told us that we could pay for one adult and three children and that the second adult did not need to pay. We followed exactly what their own employee told us. A few minutes later, another staff member literally came upstairs after us and demanded that we either come downstairs immediately or pay for the second adult. The way she spoke to us was extremely rude and disrespectful. We were not even allowed to stand upstairs and calmly discuss the situation with her. What made the experience even worse was hearing the staff/management discussing us in front of us. It was incredibly unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable. In the end, they refunded the admission tickets, but refused to refund the socks -- even though our children had not even had a chance to jump or use the playground at all. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen, especially when one employee gives customers incorrect information. But there is absolutely no reason to treat customers this way because of a mistake made by your own staff. We came here expecting a fun experience for the children and left without even getting started. Extremely disappointing customer service and very rude management. read more

On weekdays - It's $35 per child, and $15 per adult. so taking two kids for 2 hours will cost $85 for weekdays for a family of 3, and $100 for a family of 4 Weekends - I's $45 per child and $15 per adult, so will cost $105, and for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children), it'll cost $120. That just seems insane to me. It's pretty big, with multiple levels, but the playground isn't exactly adult friendly, so if you have to go in to look for a missing kid, good luck. read more

We came attended a birthday party that was held at Complete Playground. One of our daughter's classmate's family opted for this venue and I have to say that I really want to go back. You definitely want to visit on the weekend, because it is the financial district and parking is slim pickings. We lucked out with parking about two blocks away and the weather this weekend was pretty mild so none of us minded the short walk. When we entered, we gave the name of the birthday girl and the ladies at the front had us sign a waiver and head up to the party room. Pro Tip: if you're planning on having a party here, or a playgroup meet-up, have the guests fill out the QR code waiver BEFORE you arrive so that you don't have to worry about spending time doing so when you get there. It was getting pretty crowded at the entrance. They have elevators and stairs to the upper floors. You can purchase grippy socks there but luckily, we had our own from other shoeless venues in the past. We went up to the party room on the 3rd floor and there was some confusion as to where we were supposed to be. Luckily the owner, Alex, stepped in and had us hang up our coats, drop off the party gifts and he then directed us to the proper area, on the 2nd floor. Both the third and second floors have access to the vast play area, but I think the 2nd floor is a better place to start so that you get a feel of what they have to offer. They have a trampoline with interactive monitors and games to play. They have little cars, bikes and other foot-powdered automobiles for the kids to "drive around". There are play areas where kids can be pilots, shop in a grocery store, and even pump gas. They have rock wall climbing, a balance beam and loads of other fun paths to take. They have a huge space and they definitely made use of every bit of it. Your shoes must be removed when in the play area. They have cubbies that you're able to stash your shoes in, so I suggest maybe leaving the kids' shoes in the party room area and taking your shoes off on the 2nd floor, especially if you're skeeved about walking around the bathroom without shoes on. The bathrooms are relatively clean but they don't have paper towels so the floors get pretty wet. Everything is kid-friendly and our daughter had a blast. You get to play for a long time before they drag the kids back to the party room for pizza and cake. The staff helped with tattoos and they were pretty involved with the party hosting. I am already planning a parents'/kids' brunch playdate, where we can meet up here with some of our friends who have kids, to have a some fun at CP, and then head to a restaurant for brunch. This is the perfect one-stop shop for tiring out your Little. read more

Great experience at Complete Cafe. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful -- especially Zuzana, who went above and beyond to help recover my misplaced shoes so I didn't have to leave barefoot. It definitely is fun for kids. There is a lot to do for them. I definitely felt like the experience would be a little bit better but it's just basically a huge jungle gym with other activities on the side. It will keep your little one busy for hours.. I just wish there was a system to make sure your kid doesn't leave without you, the place is huge so you have to be running as well to make sure you don't lose your child and the place is big so it is a good workout. A mere steps from public transportation, the Complete Playground is great for the littles. We made a reservation a few days prior for my 5 year old and her friend, the cost is $25 for 2 hrs per kid and $10 per adult. There are 3 floors, a sensory floor in the lower level, a play area on the 2nd floor, and a cafe on the 3rd floor. We arrived at 1030A on a Thursday which was not chaotic in the slightest. Things started to pick up around 1130/12 but by then my daughter was slowing down and doing more hands on play than running around. Due to the summer month, camp was in session on the lower level so we had access to the 2nd floor. We took off our shoes when we got to the designated area and there were lots of things for them to do. Theres a gymnastics area, a climbing area, mini bikes/cars with a track, a lego room, a play grocery store, and a doctors office. In 2 hours, my daughter tired herself out. I enjoyed being able to sit in various places on the floor to observe and ensure shes safe. The restrooms are nice and clean. I didnt explore the cafe but the menu seems to be expanisive. read more

This place is great for kids. Huge, several floors. I brought my son and his cousin here to celebrate his bday. They really enjoyed their time. The reason i took off one stair is because there are 3 slides and 2 of the 2 are a bit dangerous. I got inside with the kids and both my son and i hurt myself on one of the slides. It's super fast. Would you believe that only a few feet away from the stock exchange is one of the best indoor playgrounds in NYC? You'll believe it after visiting this place! We encouraged our friends who live in the financial district and who also have a toddler to come check it out with us. We arrived on the earlier side on a Saturday morning (10:30 am), but as you can imagine, there were already tons of families there with their kids. The check-in process was pretty simple since we got our tickets online. They were very nice and let me in for free even though you're supposed to pay extra for an additional adult in your party. Once you take the elevator and get upstairs, you'll see free lockers to store your valuables to the left and then a bunch of hooks to hang your coats and jackets. There were also cubbies for you to leave your shoes since you can only walk around in socks. The stroller parking is all tucked away, and there is plenty. The layout of the place is really good. The ceiling is very high, and they took advantage of it by making the jungle gym very tall. They have designated toddler areas which is nice, and plenty of chairs and seating for parents to hang and watch their kids play. All areas felt pretty safe, and there were plenty of staff around to help in case you needed to raise an issue to them (like a spill on the floor). The jungle gym was a lot of fun. Definitely the main draw. And on the top level is a very laid back open area with a sandbox and an inflatable castle little ones can happily jump around in. I didn't see a designated cafeteria or snack area, and I didn't see any signs saying you couldn't eat or drink anywhere, so I think it was safe to do so all around. If I lived in the area I would definitely come back often! I will say the place is pricey. It's about $60 full price for a family of three (including the kid), and the memberships are $300 a month (family of three). Nonetheless, it is something you should treat your family to at least once! read more

I bought my 8 year nephew here and we had a great time. There are multiple play areas with different activities including a massive obstacle course/jungle gym, pretend play areas and an area for gymnastics. We had so much fun running around and exploring the different areas. This is a great play to bring your kids for a safe and fun playtime.
