When we where leaving the front person said here is your papers for the blood test. (Jesus) They sent us to get blood drawn they said across the street. Ok the lady said we where in the wrong building she said I am not the first patient that has gone to that floor. The chairs they had where fabric material prone to get infested with bed bugs and the ones in the back seating area where vinyl much better. All doctors office are suppose to have vinyl seats to disinfect chairs the fabric chairs where shabby too. I dont recommend this office at all if you want to wait 2 hours. I asked my daughter the last time she came was it like this she said yes she waited a longtime. He also told me that he prescribed me a medication, but it didn't show up in my chart and I had to call back. Aside from that, it's hard to get appointments, almost impossible to get medical record copies because the place named on the recorded message in the dept stopped working with them in 2024, and the facilities are filled with people talking loudly on their phones, blaring videos, or ranting about how long they've been waiting. Recommend avoiding if at all possible!
