I had tried an oral appliance from my dentist for TMJ and couldn't sleep with it so stopped using it. I had tried a c-pap around 5 years ago but it was an epic fail due to claustrophobia. By the time I came to Koala I couldn't eat from all the swelling in my jaw and I was not sleeping at all, which was causing panic attacks, weakness in my limbs, and much more. I needed their help desperately to get my life back. I was very impressed with all the staff immediately. They were genuinely kind, friendly and caring not fake. I met Dr. Wiley on my second visit and discovered how remarkable he is. Dr. Wiley and his staff have gone above and beyond to help me. I knew I had sleep apnea since I have been using a cpap for 3 years but I didn't realize I had TMJ. I discovered the TMJ is why I had daily headaches for years and a few chipped teeth. I also discovered the cpap was causing regular lung infections extremely often. I already knew that with the cpap I didn't sleep well with the full mask and often woke up feeling like I was suffocating. Furthermore I never felt like I sleep well and never felt rested. After getting oral appliances for TMJ & sleep apnea I noticed a huge difference from day one. I no longer have headaches and I know feel well rested. After wearing a cpap mask switching to an oral appliance was a breeze. I am so grateful for Dr. Willey & his fabulous staff. I highly recommend Koala Center. It will enhance your life, way beyond your expectations.

My experience has gone from being very helpful to accuse me of stealing..For 7 years they have been the provider for my cpap machine. They started off great, but recently, something has been terribly wrong. As a customer I have put up with bad record keeping..somehow, about 8 months ago, no one could figure out which supplies the machine I have, needed. This was the machine they sold me. NoI record of the merchandise I was sent.I was told that the woman who did that, moved and didn't write it down. Hmmm. Another time I took my machine in to have the pressure checked. The woman also checked the computer card and told me that I was having apnea and the settings needed to be changed. She was supposed to call my Dr to get that adjusted. When I checked back to find out what the outcome was, I was told that nothing was wrong with the settings..and they denied that anyone had told me this. There were times when my Dr was slow in responding and I know the slow response was understandable. There are several other ncidents, but I kept on with them until last week I was sent the wrong sizes of nasal pillows. 3 of them.2 mediums and a large..I use a small. I was in town and stopped by to see if that could be remedied. I was told that I had to bring the wrong ones back before they could give me new ones, which sounds reasonable. However, all of these pillows are not to be resold if they had been opened and used. One had, and I told the woman that...her response was that I should be able to understand why they needed the pillows back. I didn't then, and I don't now. I did tell someone that I could bring them in when I came into town the next time. (I live 15 miles away) She repeated herself about how I should understand her position..a I'm tired of trying to deal with this incompetence and bad customer service.
