In January I found a lump in my breast and got an appointment right away. I was scared beyond words but once I seen Dr.Smith he took quick action within minutes. His wife Liz did the ultra sound within minutes of him looking at the lump. I had an appointment today with a lot of concerns that I've been dealing with. Courtney, Liz and Dr.Smith are always willing to listen to me about how I'm feeling and what I'm dealing with. My mother, father and myself all go to this office. I had been a patient of Dr. Elloway and for the first few visits I thought Dr was understanding but…read moreafter a lot of visits my back pain was getting worse and he did give me pain medicine and after taking the medicine for about 4 months I told him I was getting worse and he did not believe me and he said I just wanted pain medicine and I want to say my pain got worse and after living and suffering with terrible terrible pain one evening my whole right side of my body went numb and I fell down and I ended up in the emergency room at the hospital and after several MRI and tests I was diagnosed with cauda equina and went thru hours of surgery and 3years later my back pain is better but my legs and feet hav been numb and so so much pain and I now live in a wheel chair and live every day with the worst pain in my life,but if Dr elloway would of sent me for tests my condition would not b this bad he could of helped me so that I did not end up in this debilitating state but instead he said he would not b my dr anymore because he said I was just looking for pain meds,he did not believe my pain and he just said to go away and he was the meanest Dr I have come in contact with,unprofessional. I actually got hopeful when I was called into an exam room by a nurse, but that excitement faded away in the 45 minutes I waited for the doctor to "be right in". Never an explanation or apology for the wait. Nobody took any vitals, I never stepped on a scale & nobody ever actually even looked at my injury, so I fail to understand how any diagnosis that was made could be valid. I'm still waiting (several days later) for an orthopedic referral to go through, but of course I had to do the legwork to ensure that was even happening. Oh and fun fact; if you ask what's taking so long for the referral, the staff will become instantly annoyed with you & irate that they need to explain the process of referrals having to go through insurance before being sent to orthopedics! I commented that I guess I would just be sitting around in pain for a few more days & was hung up on. Don't waste your time at this place if you don't have to. Unless some serious changes are made that encourages their staff to do their jobs with the compassion & kindness that this community deserves, I will be seeking urgent care in Olympia from now on.

Worst place ever to go for care!…read more I recently went into urgent care for an ongoing sinus infection. The PA-C Brandon Barker told me they would do a nasal swab to find out if the infection was viral or bacterial. If it was bacterial, he would have me take a course of antibiotics. If it was viral, I would not take them. The MA came in, did the swab. I watched her put it in the test tube, break off the stick, seal it and label it. They never called with my results so I called them twice only to get voicemail. I never received a return phone call even after leaving a voicemail. I called back the next day and talked to both the receptionist and the medical assistant that was there. No one had any record of me ever getting a swab done or it being sent off to a lab to be tested. I was basically made to look like an idiot, like I didn't know what I was talking about when I was clearly told by the doctor and the medical assistant that the results would be back in two days. The MA had the audacity to tell me the doctor wouldn't have prescribed antibiotics to me if he didn't want me to take them. The doctor prescribed the antibiotics so that I would have them if my test results came back with a bacterial infection. Both the doctor and the medical assistant totally dropped the ball and the receptionist and MA that I followed up with on the phone a few days later drop the ball as well. Very unprofessional and very uncaring to their patients. I will never step foot back in this place ever again!
