Took my wheelchair bound mother there for two extractions. She has had a stroke so I try to go into…read moreevery doc visit with her, they let me in for the consultation but not the procedure so I can't speak to the level of service after that. It was okay but not great. The real problem is that they do not have a wheelchair ramp in the back of the building which is the only way they will let a patient exit. When I asked to let her out the front exit (with the ramp) they said No, they do this all the time. That is a major problem for me. Her chair is a transport chair not her big electric wheelchair that she has at home. The nurse pulled her down the three/four inch curb and bent the back frame. I told her this exit was really bad and her only concern was that I not put her face in any pictures I took of the curb. I will NOT be taking my mother back there.

We have been waiting 3 weeks for them to call and schedule the appointment. I have called twice and left voicemails for someone to please return my call to get that scheduled so that hopefully my daughter can maybe get a little pain relief and they won't return my call! This is actually the second time I've had this problem with this place! The doctors assistants are terrible all around.
