I spent over $700 on a pair of prescription glasses using a prescription I brought with me from another eye doctor. When the glasses came in, the bifocal was positioned incorrectly, and they also had a yellow reflective coating that I never requested. I returned to have them corrected, but instead of listening to my concerns, the optician who manages the optical department immediately became argumentative. She repeatedly told me she had 10 years of experience and insisted the glasses weren't wrong. To the doctor's credit, he came out personally and tried to help by ordering replacement lenses. I truly appreciated his effort. Unfortunately, after wearing the replacement glasses, it became clear that the prescription I had brought in was not the correct prescription for my eyes. Now, I was now left with a pair of glasses that I couldn't wear. Because I was leaving town to care for a sick family member, I didn't have the time to start the entire process over again. I returned to the office simply asking for a refund. Instead, I was told that refunds are not given on prescription glasses and that I just needed to keep wearing them. If you can't see through your glasses, continuing to wear them isn't a solution. As a single mom, losing over $700 is a significant financial hit. What should have been a simple, compassionate conversation became another stressful situation during an already difficult time. The lack of professionalism from the optician and the unwillingness to work with me left me feeling completely dismissed. I understand businesses have policies, but good customer service is about how you treat people when things don't go as planned. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. If you're considering purchasing glasses from Clear Eyes, I encourage you to reconsider.

The wait time is not 12 minutes. We waited for 2 and a half hours and my daughter had a head…read moreinjury. All patients that came in after us were seen before us. They said they took patients back based on the injury. I would say a head injury is pretty important. I know for a fact the lady next to us needed a stitch replaced in her leg and she went back before us.......... After I asked what was taking so long they did offer her an ice pack at the 2 hour mark. We left after we waited for 2.5 hours. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!! Driving to Gothenburg.
