He was patient, professional, and worked with me to get everything handled the best way possible. One thing I really appreciated was how transparent they were. They actually showed me the damage on the vehicle and walked me through exactly what needed to be repaired. That level of detail and willingness to explain things made a big difference. The repair work itself turned out great, and they even dropped the car off to me when it was finished, which I really appreciated since I live in town. They are great! I'll try to make this long story short. I bought a new car in March and hit a deer almost immediately after getting my car. I took it to a repair shop (not Classic Collision) to get repaired. They repaired it, and a few weeks later another driver backed into me in the same spot and then this time I took it to Classic Collision to get repaired because I had a bad experience with the other shop. While Classic Collision began repairs on my car, they discovered the prior repair shop had used glue in places where glue should not be used from the previous damage from the deer. It turned into a lot of trouble having to work with my insurance from my old claim, and the new insurance company from the driver who backed into me. Lori went out of her way to ensure my car gets fixed correctly when speaking to my insurance company. I picked it up last Thursday and they did a beautiful job. I really trusted them in this process, unlike the first shop who used glue. They were willing to fix my car correctly from the prior damage as well as the new damage. I am so grateful for Classic Collision. I will only ever be using their repair shop going forward.

He was completely dishonest from the first time we met him til the day we picked up our vehicle which was almost a month. He was never honest with us when we asked for updates on status of vehicle and lied about even having parts to the vehicle. We always had to call to get any update from him and even then the updates were false. Even after taking it up with the owner his promise for honesty was short lived as he went to dishonesty about status of vehicle and when we would get it back. Not to mention he didn't even include the damaged tire in the claim and if we didnt bring it up we still would of had a damaged tire on our vehicle. Alan made this experience by far the worst one we've ever had and cost us so much money out of pocket due to having to leep rental car longer every time he'd extend the cars length of being ready.
