I called the dealership several time December 2025 thru May 2026. They assured me that they showed the vehicle was ordered and they would call me when when it arrived. I kept watching through the GMC portal and that vehicle - with our particular specs - was in transit middle of May 2026. The dealership never called me and that vehicle was sold without my knowledge. I am assuming that they sold the vehicle at an higher price point than what we agreed on. Another example of car salesmen that don't keep their word and will screw you if it benefits them. I will never be back and would recommend anyone to find a different dealer to do business with. These are NOT honest people

And in the morning they left a message asking what is going on with my vehicle. Yes the owner still remembered it and me without looking it up. They give you good prices and only fix what needs to be fixed without trying to make more money out of you. The reason for this is easy, they have plenty of work and most work comes in through word to mouth, so if they would do bad work, in a small town like Comfort this would be something you don't want. Depending on what you need, I would go there even when you have to come from San Antonio. You can always check out the rest of the city and ask a friend to pick you up.
