I was supposed to arrive at 8 am for a 10 am surgery. At 930, I'm told that my surgery was scheduled for 1230. It was on the paperwork they had at the desk when I told them I was checking in for a 10am procedure. My doctor's office had 8 am check in for 10 am procedure all over my paperwork. Frustrating and of course makes me question my life. They rectified this by getting me in prep at 10 so I was not waiting around any longer. The nurses in pre-op were great. They were super kind and professional. The post-op nurse was a little abrupt, but he also demonstrated quality care. Every person that came through my room was kind, gentle, and professional. My afternoon nurse was Travis and he was fantastic. Shawn was the overnight nurse and he was just the best! I didn't spend much time with Bethany in the morning, but also demonstrated a supportive and kind manner. These people made my stay very comfortable. The hospital is under construction and there's construction on the highway which makes arriving a little complicated. I did like their lobby which has a coffee shop with a lot of options.... Options I couldn't have because I was fasting. Overall, not a bad place for a surgery and also to ride out the massive storms we had Friday night.

We asked the nurse for the doctor to consult after waiting hours in the waiting room. We waited another hour just for the doctor to walk past us 3 separate times without discussing the results. We ended up being discharged without having the results and to never have a consult. You'd be better off going to Baptist up north! We've always had great experiences there.

To the Incredible Hospital Staff of Northeast Baptist Hospital,…read moreAs I reflect on my hospital stay from May 6 through May 19, I am filled with immense gratitude for the extraordinary care I received during one of the most challenging times of my life. Being admitted with severe anemia was frightening and overwhelming. Yet from the moment I arrived, every member of your team treated me not only as a patient, but as a person. Your kindness, compassion, patience, professionalism, and genuine concern made all the difference in my recovery. There are simply not enough words to express how thankful I am for the care you provided. Each day, I was met with friendly smiles, encouraging words, and unwavering support. Whether administering treatments, drawing blood or taking vital signs, answering questions, providing comfort, delivering meals, cleaning my room, or simply checking in to see how I was doing, every act of kindness mattered. What could have been a long and difficult hospital stay became an experience filled with warmth, dignity, and hope. There were many moments when it felt less like I was staying in a hospital and more like I was being cared for by family. That feeling is something I will never forget. I would like to personally recognize the remarkable individuals who made such a difference during my stay: Emergency Department Staff/Hospitalist/Specialist: * Genevieve - ER Nurse * Dr. Feng - Hospitalist * Dr. Alluri - Hemotologist Charge Nurses/Nursing Staff: * Liezl [Neurosciences] * Paula [Neurosciences] * Deanna [Neuroscience] * Courtney [Neuroscience] * Vivian [Oncology] * Shanee [Oncology] * Liz [Oncology] * Joey [Oncology] * Brenda [Oncology] * Selina [Oncology] * Rebecca [Oncology] * Ruben [Oncology] * Buddy [Oncology] * Liza [Oncology] Nursing Assistants / Patient Care Technicians: * Natalie [Neuroscience] * Tera [Neuroscience] * Ubaldo [Oncology] * Amy [Oncology] * Terry [Oncology] * Becky [Oncology] * Grace [Oncology] Culinary / Dietary Department: * Chris * Norma Housekeeping Department: * Linda [Oncology] Phlebotomists: * Cam [Neuroscience] * Brisa [Oncology] To every doctor, nurse, nursing assistant, charge nurse, technician, therapist, housekeeper, dietary team member, volunteer, and support staff member who crossed my path during those two weeks, thank you. You are true lifesavers. Your dedication, compassion, and commitment to caring for others are nothing short of remarkable. Because of your efforts, I felt safe, supported, respected, and cared for every single day. Please know that your hard work does not go unnoticed. The impact you have on patients and their families extends far beyond hospital walls, and I will carry my appreciation for each of you for the rest of my life. Thank you for helping me heal, for lifting my spirits, and for reminding me of the incredible difference that caring people can make. With deepest gratitude and appreciation, Robert Montgomery

And the security staff are absolute losers along with the front desk that could care less about you. Go to Methodist or university health if you want to get quality healthcare. Go here if you want to expire.

Fossil Creek Complete Care took me in immediately and treated me with a level of compassion and professionalism I'll never forget. Valerie made me feel safe the moment I walked in. Joel and Pauline were incredibly kind and attentive. And Dr. Lippstone not only treated me quickly and effectively -- he called me two days later just to make sure I was okay. Then a handwritten card arrived in the mail with notes and signatures from the whole team. In a moment when I was frightened and vulnerable, they showed me genuine care. I can't thank them enough.

Hoped it was nothing - but knew it probably was - so after a restless night headed here at 6am!! From the moment we entered and the person at the front desk explained all the paperwork, charges and process - to the care I received - and in less than one hour I had received x-rays, an unfortunate but expected diagnoses of a broken foot and left with crutches, a boot and a care plan ! It was fast, excellent care and turned an unfortunate injury into an easy experience ! Would not hesitate to come here again should we need urgent care!

The nurse and Nurse Practitioner were both very skilled with excellent bedside manner. A little out of my way but worth the drive the next time I need help!
