Side note before i leave this review. He did stay an hour late so i could come pick my machine up because i work until 530. Great customer service for sure. However! I really wanted to give a five star review because I'm sure the work done is fantastic and yes the prices for parts and labor were fair for sure... however an estimate for repairs needed would have been very nice before performing the work. I dropped my machine off for a few issues and a week and a half later I was told it's done with a 1400 dollar bill for me to pay. No phone call no email no text nothing, no estimate for what was needed to be done. I work in the industry and always provide an estimate whether I'm asked to or not so there's no confusion when the time to pay comes. Tim who is a very nice person said there must have been a misunderstanding and was apologetic and I am blessed that I had the savings to pay for it. Always provide an estimate it CYA everytime. I would be willing to try them again with very clear instructions to provide an estimate. read more
