We had no idea what products and techniques would be best to use to keep this flooring intact. Probably would have been worthless anyway considering the poor quality. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions without making me feel pressured. Then he gave me the price and well it was HALF the cost for the exact same brand! I thought it may be too good to be true, but Joshua sent me all the paperwork and a contract and everything was legitimate. I signed and paid for the rug and it arrived in a timely manner. Lewis (a local company) did cheap cotton binding for $5.00 / foot on a runner I ordered there. I found them just by googling "Fabrica area rugs" - and there they were. I worked with Linda, and she was very responsive to emails and accurate in all the details. She got me the quote right away. We set a delivery date. She helped rush it through a bit because another store had delayed me significantly with their inability to give me a price. So, I got a custom Fabrica 9 x 12 area rug for roughly $1000 delivered, when it was $1400-1500 here (and not even with a wool border serge - that made it around $1700 here). I love this place. Obviously they can't do wall to wall in another state, but shipping custom area rugs works quite well.

He replied all of them are inventory clearance. I bought 40 boxes, 630 Sq Ft. All boxes were mixed with bad and good ones. There were a lot of spots on the vinyl planks. They look like the wood was missing some spots of stain. This is a real technical problem. After I contacted the claim agent, Amber Cantrell. She told me the manufacturer said that was normal! After that, I found the plank had milling problems, the click lock system has a big issue, the planks don't stay flat on the surface. Conclusion, they know the problem but still sell the product as a good ones. They tried to cheat people! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

After receiving the carpet we noticed the color, pile height and cut pile where all completely different than our sample. Now after designing a complete remodel and purchasing everything to match the carpet they are telling us we are out of luck. I read the website and am aware of some slight differences in color tones but this carpet is a completely different color, not to mention half the pile height and different cut patterns.
