I Contacted this guy Dan Darienzo aka 3-D Auto Sales,aka dddtowing for a car he advertised on Kelly Blue book (3-D Auto does not have a website) without hesitation via email and phone conversation he assured me there would be no "bs" the pics,mileage,and paper work are legitimate and the car is ready for sale.I made it clear to Dan again via email,and phone that I would be coming out of state just for this car, and willing to pay cash for the car if everything checked out,he assured me there would be no problems on his end.However once I arrived on his lot and told him that I scheduled a pre purchase inspection at a National franchise mechanic just down the street is when his UNPROFESSIONAL "emotional attachment " to the vehicle took a turn for the worst. Even though the mechanic did his job and provided me a list of reasonable used car issues Dan bad mouthed the mechanic and couldn't stop telling me his experience with the mechanic because a previous customer also hired the same mechanic to look over a car from his lot. Regardless I was prepared with CASH in hand to purchase the car. However when we arrived back to the car lot is when Dan Darienzo/unethical used car salesman denied sales and services. As we went into his office his "partner" kept interrupting by coming in saying when we were at the mechanic "some guy" came in to also buy the car,the car may have tittle issues,registration in my sate maybe an issue etc.To definitely find out I reluctantly agreed to leave without the car that day and wait until the following business day to call my state motor vehicle to find out how to resolve any issue registering the car if there was any.DAN and I shook hands assuring he is a "Man" of his word which turned out to be a LIE.When I contacted Dan to confirm that if he had all the necessary paperwork to sell me the car the motor vehicle in my state confirmed there is no issue with me registering the car.That still wasn't good enough even when I confirmed I contacted my insurance company gave them the VIN etc. and would also come with temporary insurance to be able to drive the car off his lot Dan still continued with his deceptive song and dance,he even tried to tell me that "I didn't want to buy the car" he claimed that NY state makes it so difficult to sell cars to out of state buyers that I would have to accompany him to the local DMV to obtain temporary plates!! Even then I was willing Knowing that his unorthodox tactics couldn't discourage me from buying the car I wanted,inquired about,paid a mechanic to check out and drove all the way to 3D auto sale for, all for Dan to ultimately decline to sell me the car. Needles to say this review,complaints to BBB,etc. And possibly legal action are imperative.

I was here because my my father asked me to wash his car. He gave me a $20 and asked me to get the…read moresecond from the best car wash. The best wash was $32 and the second from the top was $28. For the extra four dollars just went ahead and got him the top of the line wash. I'm used to Florida car washes and for $10.99 you get all the things they offered except the inside done and no one to tip. So they vacuum the inside and wipe down everything as well as put the tire shine on. They did as they said and the car looked nice I just thought it was extremely expensive for a 15 minute wash, wax , vacuum etc. You need cash for the tip bucket if your happy with their job. Although I didn't check to see if there was a tip line on the receipt. I paid with credit card.

After a year of lock-down plus at least the year of "i'll do it tomorrow" it really needed some TLC. My goal, get a Wash to see if there was a need to go into a deeper detailing service. As the car has leather seats, and full WeatherTech floor liners, getting out the dust and crumbs should be easy sledding. Not so fast apparently. I again chose the highest service wash they offer and as I got out of the car the attendant looked in the car and said "We can't do that for your car". After I questioned why, he replied that the car was too dirty and needed an appointment to have detailing done. I said I just wanted to have the service complete and I would decide if I needed additional services after I saw the outcome. to this he told me, "We can do the outside, not inside". I asked "Don't you have a vacuum?" the reply came and stunned me "Not for your car. You haven't been here in two years." The kicker to all this is when I said to him "I don't understand" of course meaning "I do not understand how a Car Wash is refusing to WASH a CAR because it is too dirty, his response in Broken heavily accented English was "Do you speak English?" THAT'S IT. Final Straw! Camels back is Broken. I will never be back here again. Watch for my positive review of the site that took this same car 10 days later and did their full service top of the line wash, no muss no fuss and no condescending attitude. I said i eight years ago, but this time I'll have the courage of my convictions. I'm adding them to my Dead to me collection, never to be resurrected.

This place is excellent! This shop can handle any automotive repair or problem. They don't…read morecherry-pick what they want to repair like some shop do. They usually have three or four full-time A class technicians while other shops most of the time have only one. Excellent place if you have a problem that no one wants to help you including dealerships. One time I had a problem in 2014 with my fathers 2012 Toyota Rav4. The break pedal was soft with engine off and felt weak. I went to two Toyota dealerships since the car had a warranty and they said it was normal while I knew that there was a problem. I finally went to Middle Country Automotive. They confirmed that a break pedal can not be soft with engine off and diagnosed the problem to be ABS pump probably needed bleeding since it was probably not done at the factory. They connected the diagnostic computer and activated the ABS solenoids to bleed the trapped air in the pump. After 15 minutes the brake pedal was nice and firm. I filed a complain at NHTSA and I think it triggered a recall that Toyota hid under some other problem with the ABS pump. At Toyota dealership when I went for the recall the dealership techs only connected the computer the same way the Middle Country Automotive techs did!

They dropped my gas tank to fix a leak and put the gas tank on too tight. Which prevented the evap…read morevalve from opening and I wasn't able to fill up my gas tank. I took it back and they lowered the tank slightly so the valve could open. Not long after my check engine light came on and codes P0442 and P0446 popped up. The mechanic admitted they put the gas tank on too tight, which led to the solenoid malfunction. They offered to fix it for $500! I don't recommend anyone take their vehicle here. They have a pattern of creating more problems for their customers than solving them.

Unfortunately, (fast forward almost 2 years later from my first visit in February 2024) I got into a horrific rear end car collision and my Accord ended up being totaled. I went back to the dealership & was looking to get something a little larger and lease rather than finance - so I was looking at the HRV (preferably the EX-L because I liked all the features & upgrades it came with). From the moment I stepped inside the dealership, I was greeted with the same warm atmosphere and friendly attitude that I experienced during my first visit & this time I had the pleasure of working with Sevi Marr as my sales representative. Not only was she extremely helpful and knowledgable about the different vehicles, she was extremely kind, patient, understanding, and honest as she worked relentlessly to make sure that she could work out the best deal she possibly could for me (even through multiple rounds of back and forth negotiations)! I definitely recommend her being your representative if she is in / available because she is truly second to none! Thanks to her & all of her hard work, I came out with a beautiful car that met all of my needs at an amazing price! The only drawback / warning I have about this place is that (both times), I was there for very long periods of time (so plan for a long day if you plan on coming here to get a car - either used or new)... but even that isn't such a major issue for me because I was able to take the day off from work (knowing the potential for how long the appointment could run) & I would rather the personal, careful, and attentive approach this dealership and its workers provide and having it take a bit more time rather than being rushed along, pushy, and treated like cattle like most car dealerships are.
