Sorry to say Certi-Fit has become my nightmare, I STRONGLY suggest if your in need of auto parts…read morethat you stay away from this company. I recently purchased an 89.00 hood to find out that there was some kind of defect, the latch didn't fit my car. Nick the sales person at the Walpole branch insist that the latch didn't come with the hood, that my mechanic attached it to the hood and for that reason he could not return or exchange the hood because it wasn't returned in the condition i purchased it. Which made no sense, he finally went to his storage room to return saying that I was right the hood indeed did come with a latch smh. Finally i thought we can move on, I was going to get my money back, I did have my receipt but no Nick was hell bent on not refunding me 1 red cent so he began rubbing his hands on the hood until he found another issue. Then he was going to play mechanic without ever laying eyes on my car that the hood didn't fit because the alinement of my car is off, he knew more than the professional mechanic who's shop my car sat in. So here I am, I'm now forced to right this review that i feel STRONGLY about, to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office, the BBB and small claims court if necessary. Yes all I spent was 89 bucks and all this. If you don't take a stand for something you will fall for anything. Take a stand against companies that refuse to stand by their products and find ways to rob their consumes legally, dramatic but yes I feel robbed.

I had a hard time getting out from my parking spot at the junkyard to because the police were there arresting someone who works there I'm not sure what what or why it was for, but it was a huge inconvenience for me because I had to wait till the cops left in order to back out my car. I on the bright side I had taken my 1999 Volvo there. Which was a great decision on my part because if I took my BMW there I would not be surprised to come out of the junkyard and have parts missing from my car. There was oil spill all over the ground. There was noting that was worth while buying there at all. Absolutely nothing. Do not was your time going to this place. [Update] I contacted the owner and told him about the syringe needles lying around. He told me there are no needles lying around in his junkyard. I told him that I saw one on the path right when you walk in. He then proceeded by calling me a "f***king lying junkie" and hung up the phone.

They wanted 100 dollars per alloy rim at the junk yard. I saw 3 homeless people in various parts of the lot as well as old syringes and what seems to be a secret dumping spot for peoples old engine oil as well as other liquids. Serious EPA violation last time i checked. When i was told the alloy was 100$, i decided i did not want it. They pointed to a sign that said you must put parts back on the vehicles that you dont want to purchase. Ive never been to sich a despicable scrap yard. Im constantly looking for parts but this is one place I would not return to aside from the miniscule selection of parts. Would give less than one star if I could.

The first kid was nice and helpful but ultimately sold me the wrong brakes. When I went back to exchange them for the right brakes, the older man woth silvery white hair and glasses was rude to me. I did complain about the price because he was charging me the difference of the correct part versus the one I was already sold, and I didn't think it was particularly fair for them to do that. But when I had said that my bf, who is a mechanic, told me brake pads weren't as expensive as the brakes he was selling me, he literally told me my bf should stay in his lane fixing cars and not quoting prices. Him being a mechanic he gets parts literally all the time, just never from Napa and I can see why. I will literally never go here again, not just because of the rudeness. When I called today and asked the manager for a corporate number he told me he didn't have one and asked me the issue. I told him it and asked if he was willing to refund me any monies or work with me on it. He said he was going to ask the employee his side of the story and give me a call in the next couple days. Not sure what that would honestly resolve but they've already lost my business. My bf and his company get their parts from Allied so I'm going to go there instead.
