The grounds are not safe for handicapped or visually impaired. Equipment, like for eyes, hasn't been updated for 19 years (when I was there). It should be shut down.

The hospital staff, nurses, doctors, nurse assistants and the therapy staff were very efficient and friendly and knowledgeable of my condition and needs. I had a single bed room and it was very comfortable with a large bathroom. Their plan is to get you up and moving. The dining room food was good with many choices plus they are informed of each patients dietary restrictions. The staff if very friendly and helpful to your needs. They also have an inexpensive meal program for your family who might be visiting during a meal time. Over all I would recommend this hospital if you are serious about getting back on your feet safely as soon as possible with the proper PT and OT therapy. Carol S.

When he was unable to progress they kindly encouraged we consider hospice services. I was in denial but it was the kindest thing to do. The hospice services were also top notch. We had Amber and Christie for most of the time. They ensured he was comfortable and helped me learn how to be the best caregiver I could be and helped me with the hardest part of our lives. Rocky was also incredibly helpful and kind. Last but not least we had Lucy the CNA with both services. She was incredibly kind and patient and Steve felt very comfortable with her. Megan was my nurse and she was outstanding! Pleasant, caring, professional, she would listen to all my worries and took such good care of me. It was nice just to have someone who genuinely cared for my well being and would ask about my day beyond my medical problems. Thank you Megan and Bayada Home Health for all you have done. It is very possible I will need home health again in the future and I won't hesitate to request them if I do.

I was told this office accepted my insurance and that I'd only owe a co-pay. Two weeks later, I…read morereceived a $200 bill by email with no explanation or mailed statement. When I called for clarification, I was bounced around, spoken to unprofessionally (a billing rep answered while chewing and saying he was "on lunch"), and never received a straight answer. I specifically asked for a detailed voicemail so I would have documentation, but instead I was told there was "no point " to leave one. Zachary even replied to my Google review stating they'd leave a detailed message, but that did not happen. For the record, the office has three of my voicemails with my phone number, and Zachary is welcome to contact me directly. All I have asked for is something in writing that explains why I was told I was in-network when I was not, and what exactly the $200 charge for a 20-minute consult covers. To date, I have received no transparency or professionalism. Patients deserve better.
