"You love them - we care" couldn't be more true. Losing our sweet Indi was one of the hardest things my wife and I have ever gone through, and this place truly made a painful experience a little easier to bear. From start to finish, they treated Indi with so much love and respect as if she were their own. They took care of everything so gently and quickly. Indi passed on a Friday night, and by Tuesday morning, we had her back home. The paw print, nose print, and hair memorial plaque they made for us were absolutely beautiful we could tell it was all done with genuine care and compassion. Their kindness and attention to detail helped us feel seen, comforted, and valued through one of the toughest times in our lives. We'll never forget what they did for our little Indi and for us. Adan & Noemi Rodriguez (in loving memory of Indica "Indi" Rodriguez )

Took amazing care of my pup. Picked her up from my vet in a fair amount of time and returned her in about 1 week (and I was told it could take up to 2 weeks). As hard as it was, I appreciated the notifications of pick up and drop off. They were so patient with me when I called and could even understand me through my balling. Thank you to everyone who assisted me and got my Rosie back home to me.

Items we received, some are upgrades

The place is the best! They offer so many options and go the extra mile with thoughtful finishing touches. The basic package includes a tin container for the ashes, an " in memory of" frame with a plaster paw impression and a certificate of creation. The frame also includes cuttings of my pets hair that is nicely tied and added to frame. I decided to deliver my baby myself. This allowed me to see all of their options and make upgrades like the wooden box and ink imprint of his nose and paw. His ashes were ready in a timely manner. When I got home I opened everything and noticed that the box slides open on the bottom. When I opened it I saw that they even put a clipping of his hair and labeled with his name. It is these small finishing touches that meant the world to me and I will always use and recommend Compassionate Pet. Compassionate Pet Cremation, Thank you for your dedication and heart that left my family with such meaningful items in this difficult time

I have yours Compassionate Pet in the past. It was excellent. Last week my son's cat was killed. Instantly I thought of using Compassionate Pet Cremations. They are so nice to work with. Reasonably priced. Quite frankly, I really like how they aren't pushy at you time of sorry like some can be. I highly recommend. Very professional staff, clean building, & the cat was ready to come home in a reasonable time. Thank you! I recommend them highly.

Amazing group of kind people. This heartbreaking experience was taken care of by Compassionate down to the smallest detail. The urn and in memorandum frame was crafted with attentiveness and a love for their profession.

Here's the beautiful frame that came with my baby's ashes.

Everyone here was so nice and understanding. I called at one of my darkest moments and was met with nothing, but compassion and understanding. Everything came out beautifully and I would recommend them to anyone. They treated my pet with such respect and dignity. Though I hope I won't need them fir a long long time I'm so glad to know they're there when I need them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My sweet little hamster passed away recently. I loved that little furball. When she passed I was devastated, and I knew I wanted to have her cremated. I know some people just throw their small animals away but I could not do that, so I was glad to see that compassionate pet cremation had an option for pocket pets to be cremated. I was able to take my hammy in right away. They were very nice and understanding. It was a very reasonable flat price that came with a little tin urn and a memorial frame with a little clay impression of her paws. They even sign a card in front of you with a promise that your pet will be treated with dignity. And they got her ashes back to us earlier than expected. Losing a pet is difficult enough so I really appreciated how simple things were. I hope I don't have to return any time soon, but I do 100% recommend this place based on my experience.

The website had wonderful suggestions on how to set your pet up in a relaxing area, how to handle the other pets maybe wanting to say goodbye, and what to expect throughout the process. I especially appreciated Dr. Olsen walking us through each step again when she was onsite. Sometimes it is difficult to remember what we read as we are actually in the process and focusing on our last minutes with our beloved. Dr. Olsen was near but not hovering so we didn't feel rushed at all; we controlled the pace at all times. She made in-the-minute suggestions that I'm so glad she asked since I know I would have regretted not doing so. For instance, she and I lovingly put my sweet dog into a basket after she left us and Dr. Olsen asked if I would like to carry her out. I balked at first but I'm so glad I did. It helped in my process of letting my darling go. Dr. Olsen had made the back of her SUV a loving tribute as I slid the basket into the back of the vehicle with a blanket for the basket to lay on and a beautiful sentiment nearby on an easel. I called CPC yesterday to ask about services as we wanted to have our kitty cremated. The call taker was so patient with me and caring as I couldn't hold back my tears. She allowed me to ask all the question I had and not once sounded annoyed by them. They are a walk-in location, as they are now a sister company to West Coast Pet Memorial, who handles more services that CPC used to offer. I walked in today and Kehaulani was the friendliest and most compassionate employee I've ever dealt with at CPC in 30 years. She was thoughtful with answering my questions, she pointed out urn options, explained the process, and made sure all questions i had were answered. It's never easy losing a pet no matter the age and it is more comforting when you go to a service like this and the employee is compassionate and genuinely caring.

When my cat of 22 yrs passed…read morerecently I chose this service and was surprised at the cost 260 dollars but never having to use this type of service I paid them and they told me a driver would reach out to me to pick him up and after the cremation was complete they would reach out to me to set a time to bring him home. I should have thought twice when the driver showed up and pulled out a plastic bag to put his body into, I asked them not to do that while I was standing there, I found that rather insensitive. Today they called while I was on another call and as soon as I was finished I called the number back and the man who answered said that he was with Coral Cremations and he was going to bring my baby home and he'd be there within ten to fifteen minutes. He then calls me back and tells me that someone dropped him off and left him on my front porch. He lied and made me believe he had my baby and then says that he was dropped off on my front porch. So much for the @we'll call you and set up a dime to bring your baby back", and then to lie on top of that! Nowadays with hearing every day about packages being stolen from front porches I wonder what they would have said of that had happened, I mean you just left him on my front porch like he didn't mean a thing to me. No apology, no nothing. Shame on this business and think twice if you are ever in need of this type of service, the only thing they care about is collecting their fee with no thoughts to you and whatnot is like when you lose an animal who is like your family.
