My Zoey girl. We were provided her box and plaque with paw print and fur.
    Ashley B.

The hardest part of being a pet parent is when our fur babies depart this world. My loving dog Zoey passed away on January 9, 2026 at the age of 15. To make matters worse, my partner and I were out of the country when she passed and Zoey was being cared for by family. We were able to quickly find Compassionate Pet Cremation and gave the information to our family. They were able to drop her off with no issues. We got her ashes about a week after she was dropped off. The office was quiet and welcoming albeit somber. We were assisted quickly and treated with the utmost care, compassion, and respect. Everything that we received was reviewed in detail. I'm sad that we had to use these services, but couldn't have asked for a better experience.

"You love them - we care" couldn't be more true. Losing our sweet Indi was one of the hardest things my wife and I have ever gone through, and this place truly made a painful experience a little easier to bear. From start to finish, they treated Indi with so much love and respect as if she were their own. They took care of everything so gently and quickly. Indi passed on a Friday night, and by Tuesday morning, we had her back home. The paw print, nose print, and hair memorial plaque they made for us were absolutely beautiful we could tell it was all done with genuine care and compassion. Their kindness and attention to detail helped us feel seen, comforted, and valued through one of the toughest times in our lives. We'll never forget what they did for our little Indi and for us. Took amazing care of my pup. Picked her up from my vet in a fair amount of time and returned her in about 1 week (and I was told it could take up to 2 weeks). As hard as it was, I appreciated the notifications of pick up and drop off. They were so patient with me when I called and could even understand me through my balling. Thank you to everyone who assisted me and got my Rosie back home to me.

I have yours Compassionate Pet in the past. It was excellent. Last week my son's cat was killed. Instantly I thought of using Compassionate Pet Cremations. They are so nice to work with. Reasonably priced. Quite frankly, I really like how they aren't pushy at you time of sorry like some can be. I highly recommend. Very professional staff, clean building, & the cat was ready to come home in a reasonable time. Thank you! I recommend them highly.

Amazing group of kind people. This heartbreaking experience was taken care of by Compassionate down to the smallest detail. The urn and in memorandum frame was crafted with attentiveness and a love for their profession.

Here's the beautiful frame that came with my baby's ashes.

Everyone here was so nice and understanding. I called at one of my darkest moments and was met with nothing, but compassion and understanding. Everything came out beautifully and I would recommend them to anyone. They treated my pet with such respect and dignity. Though I hope I won't need them fir a long long time I'm so glad to know they're there when I need them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My little hamster before she passed away
    Lena G.

My sweet little hamster passed away recently. I loved that little furball. When she passed I was devastated, and I knew I wanted to have her cremated. I know some people just throw their small animals away but I could not do that, so I was glad to see that compassionate pet cremation had an option for pocket pets to be cremated. I was able to take my hammy in right away. They were very nice and understanding. It was a very reasonable flat price that came with a little tin urn and a memorial frame with a little clay impression of her paws. They even sign a card in front of you with a promise that your pet will be treated with dignity. And they got her ashes back to us earlier than expected. Losing a pet is difficult enough so I really appreciated how simple things were. I hope I don't have to return any time soon, but I do 100% recommend this place based on my experience.

    Our sweet girl

These people are absolutely phenomenal. As any animal lover knows, one of the most difficult times is when we have to say goodbye to someone who has given us so much unconditional love. Sadly, my wife and I had to put down our 19 year old cat as her kidneys had given out. We wanted to be able to have her cremated, but we also wanted her little body to be well taken care of throughout the entire process. When we contacted a different service first, we were told that we couldn't even make an appointment for cremation until they received her body, which seemed ludicrous to us. They were cold and didn't seem to care at all about our pet. I then searched Yelp and found Compassionate Pet Cremation. I called the same day our cat was put down, and Noami (the receptionist) was so kind and informative. She helped us set up a time for the next morning for a viewing in addition to the cremation. It was important for us to have a viewing because it helped give us closure. When we arrived at the facility the next morning, Noami greeted us and explained the process to us. Rachel, their manager, came out to us and gave us all the time we needed in the viewing room to say a final goodbye to our sweet girl. When we were ready, they wheeled her back so that Jess, their artist, could take paw and noseprints to make memorials for us. We opted to watch the entire process of the cremation, and the entire time, Rachel and Jess came in the viewing room to talk to us and let us share so many stories about our girl. When the process was finished, we were able to take our cat home in a beautiful urn the same day, which was also important to us. Every single person in this facility is kind, caring, and compassionate. They made a very difficult time easier, and we could not be more appreciative.

Allen gave us a certificate for our girl, the token she was cremated with, a paw print, and an urn of course.

When I initially called to get information, I had a lot of anxiety and didn't think I was ready. I let the phone ring a couple of times and I hung up. Thankfully, they have caller ID and they called me back. I spent about 20 minutes on the phone being comforted in regards to my situation. It was beyond helpful in that moment and I will never forget it. A few days later, Dr Sarena came to our house and we said goodbye to our boy. It was calm, quiet, and peaceful. It's been six weeks and I finally have the strength to write this review because it is very well deserved. Thank you to Peace for Paws. Zoey passed away at home. In her sleep, she was 12.5 yrs old. She was wonderful, and she lived a wonderful life. It was only fitting to give her a royal send-off. Coral Cremations was so kind and compassionate. They came and picked my Zoey up 2 hours after I called them. The guy that came and removed her was equally as compassionate, caring, and comforting as Steffane. My zoey's remains were returned to me 2 weeks later in an adorable carved wooden box, with a small picture frame with her footprint and a certificate of her cremation. This place is top-notch. They really know how to respect someone grieving the lost of their fur baby.

I would recommend you use any other service than Coral Cremations. When my cat of 22 yrs passed…read morerecently I chose this service and was surprised at the cost 260 dollars but never having to use this type of service I paid them and they told me a driver would reach out to me to pick him up and after the cremation was complete they would reach out to me to set a time to bring him home. I should have thought twice when the driver showed up and pulled out a plastic bag to put his body into, I asked them not to do that while I was standing there, I found that rather insensitive. Today they called while I was on another call and as soon as I was finished I called the number back and the man who answered said that he was with Coral Cremations and he was going to bring my baby home and he'd be there within ten to fifteen minutes. He then calls me back and tells me that someone dropped him off and left him on my front porch. He lied and made me believe he had my baby and then says that he was dropped off on my front porch. So much for the @we'll call you and set up a dime to bring your baby back", and then to lie on top of that! Nowadays with hearing every day about packages being stolen from front porches I wonder what they would have said of that had happened, I mean you just left him on my front porch like he didn't mean a thing to me. No apology, no nothing. Shame on this business and think twice if you are ever in need of this type of service, the only thing they care about is collecting their fee with no thoughts to you and whatnot is like when you lose an animal who is like your family.
