We had to bring our Ridgeback, Lennie to the ER last Tuesday night. At the time, he was immobile and being just under 100 lbs, it was nearly impossible to get him off the floor much less to the car. We called Two By Two and were very lucky to get Silvia. She was already on a pick up but took down my info and said she would get back to us as soon as she could. She came to our house, gurney in hand, and proceeded to treat Lennie as though he were her very own. She quickly calmed his nerves (and ours) and gently eased him onto the gurney, making sure he was securely fastened in, yet comfortable and then was able to place him in her van and follow us to the ER. After a couple of hours in the hospital, Lennie was able to walk out with us and go home. The next day, I got a call from Silvia wanting to check in with us and see how Lennie was doing because he was now in her heart, which immediately secured a place for her in ours as well. It takes great patience and compassion (not to mention strength) to do what she does and she does it extremely well! We are very grateful to Silvia and to Two By Two for making what would otherwise be a very scary situation, a little more bearable. We were very fortunate that Silvia took our call on Tuesday and Two By Two are very fortunate to have her in their employ. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience calling these people. They had ZERO compassion towards my dead dog who was laying outside on the back patio in the Vegas sun. I called and they told me 1 hour they would be here by. 1 hour later they called and said they made an error they already had a commitment. OK. Now they say 2 more hours. Well 2 hours more of my dog laying in the vegas sun dead, they still were not here. I called and the guy said at least 15 more mins or so. So I complained about my dog having to roast in the sun. I stated if they didn't make the mistake I could've called another place to handle it quicker. The man had ZERO compassion and blamed me for keeping him on the phone making him even longer. Who says that to someone who's been holding a dead dog for 3 hours WAITING ON THEM BECAUSE THEYYYYY MADE AN ERROR. read more

Highly recommend. Making the decision to put down a beloved pet is heartbreaking. Two by Two made the process as easy as they possibly could. From the start, you can make all the choices from their website. I especially appreciate this, as talking to someone about it was difficult due to my emotions/tears. They were available to answer my question with a phone call when needed. When the time came, I got a call prior to arrival so I was prepared. Both the host and the vet were amazing people. They were caring, compassionate, and professional. Allowed us the time we needed to say goodbye. Gave our baby their love too. She passed peacefully in my lap in her favorite spot on the couch. So glad we chose to do it in our home...so worth it to not have her last moment be scared at a vets office! It gave our other pups a chance to see her loss too, so they weren't left wondering why she never came home. It was also more affordable than other option we looked into. When the time comes for our other beloved dogs to go, I would definitely use them again. Thank you for helping us through this hard time read more

We were scheduled with another service for Sunday, but on Friday, our 18 y/o girl took a turn for the worse. Two by Two was available for same day, at home service. We can't express sufficient gratitude for McKenzie, the Dr's assistant, who had such a sweet, kind way of speaking with us, sharing our grief and comforting us after the procedure. Dr. Snead was thorough in his explanations and mindful of our sorrow. He was so gentle with Lola, and she was relaxed the whole time. Two by Two also handles the cremation service and will be bringing our baby back home in the next couple of days. If you find yourself in need of end of life services for your pet, know that choosing Two by Two Pet Support, you will be handled with kit gloves and surrounded by those who truly love animals. Thank you Dr. Johnathan and McKenzie read more

When our little Toolap passed away my wife found Two by Two on Yelp. It was around 7 PM but they still answered and scheduled a pickup within 2 hours. Ronnie was very sympathetic and informative. About an hour after the call, Jonathon arrived. He was also sympathetic and compassionate and made it as comforting as possible. Within 5 days they returned with her urn, inked paw print and clay paw print. We would recommendthem for anyone who loses their fur baby. read more

Where do I begin? My first "experience" with Two by Two Pet Support was in July of 2024, when Jonathan transported "Gus" my 116 lb Labrador to our Vet's office, for his scheduled shot to help with Gus' arthritis. Since that time, Jonathan has picked Gus up from our home regularly and "chauffeured" him to his Vet for his injection. Each and every time he has been so kind and so gentle with my baby. Gus was not the least bit stressed or agitated when he was with Jonathan. You could see Gus was calm and knew he was in good hands, his tail would start thump as soon as Jonathan came in. The afternoon of April 28, 2025 was the last Veterinarian appointment Jonathan transported Gus to, and then back home. Gus' time was growing close and my heart was breaking. The next morning, I called Jonathan and told him so. A couple of hours later, Jonathan arrived to make preparations for Gus. Dr. Snead arrived not too long after and he was just as amazing as Jonathan. The Dr sat down, and told us step-by-step what he would be doing, and what to expect for Gus. Within the hour, Dr Snead had gently and lovingly completed what is a very difficult but, necessary task, and my Gus was at peace. I can not begin to tell you how much Jonathan has meant to Gus & I over the past few months. He has become a trusted, kind friend - like a member of our family. And Dr Snead said exactly what we needed to hear, when we needed to hear it. All-in-all, I cannot praise these wonderful people and all that they do for "pet parents" and their pets. Thank you Jonathan - you are an incredibly amazing human. Thank you Dr Snead - your caring & kindness are truly unique and appreciated. My family and I wish you all the best of luck. And to anyone reading this review wondering if you too should call Two by Two Pet Support, do it - make the call. You & your pet will appreciate their kindness and experience in making a painful situation more bearable for all. read more

Two by Two Pet Support helped make saying goodbye to our cat a little easier. Our baby's health was declining at an alarming rate and we needed to end her pain and suffering today. They were professional, kind and an absolute BLESSING. Words can't express how much we appreciate how prompt they were. They were very informative and talked us through the whole process. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND read more

Jonathan was a life saver to my sweet Moxie. She had to be transported in an oxygen kennel ASAP to a vet clinic. I really needed an emergency transportation vehicle with an oxygen tank and they had it. They arrived quickly and put her in an oxygen kennel and drove her to the vet clinic. Thank you so much for saving her life! read more

This review is long overdue. It was incredibly difficult finding the desire to write something revolving around the passing of our fur baby. But we're ready- and this business + the fine individuals working for them, deserve the praise. We could not have asked for a better experience. Our pet meant the world to us, and Jonathan and Dr. Snead took the time to make sure they understood that, making her as comfortable as possible for her journey over the rainbow bridge. The at home euthanasia service is truly wonderful, we didn't want it any other way for Princess. The process was smooth, communication was great (patience is a virtue as they are still growing and in high demand), and as mentioned above, Jonathan was the sweetest person we've had the pleasure of meeting. He made sure to help from start to finish with grace and patience. As for the vet himself doing the procedure, all we can say is WOW. Remarkably professional, respectful and compassionate. Princess knew immediately that she was in good hands with the way she relaxed when she saw him. We will never be able to thank him enough. If you find yourself in a position not wanting to be a vet's office saying goodbye to your loved one, Two By Two is 100% the company that should be used. We found them on google by chance, and we couldn't be happier with how it worked out. Although they may not have a lot of reviews, please take your time to consider this company as they made one of the hardest things we've ever had to do, the best we could've ever imagined. Thank you to everyone there, even those who helped with the cremation process. read more

Never knew a pet transport existed until today..our 127lb pitbull injured his knee and refused to walk or even stand. Could not figure out how two seniors were gonna load him into an F150 to get him to the vet! Our first contrant was Cassandra, who compassionate, thorough and efficiently on short notice. Next enter Jonathan, the dog whisperer! With Jonathans calming presence, our pup was relaxed as we had to slide him on a blanket to the door and gently eased him into a low van. He was so friendly and professional while he told me about the company. Two hours later, Jonathan met us back at the vet to get our baby home. He helped to gently lay him on his bed and made sure he was comfortable all while lovingly comforting Meatball with his gently words. Best experience ever! Please share because a lot more people could benefit from this great companys service!! read more

I cannot say enough about the euthanasia service provided by Two by Two Pet Support. My boy was in pain and I wanted to make sure he didn't suffer any longer than he had to. They came out that day. Everyone involved was very compassionate and caring. They explained everything in detail. We got our boy's ashes yesterday. They came in a beautiful box ... with a framed paw print! Two by Two made saying goodbye just a little bit easier. I would use them again. read more
