Kristie did help my son overcome separation anxiety and he is doing much better and i thank her for that. The problem with Kristie is that once the one hour therapy is up, it is nearly impossible to reach her to schedule another appointment or get a copy of a statement to send to the insurance company. Kristie does not take any insurance and it is all out of pocket. If you have insurance you are required to submit a statement so you can bill the insurance company and get reimbursed. I tried to text and call Kristie at least five times and I never got a reply or a phone call...sad because she really is great at being a therapist. In closing if you don't mind paying cash and waiting weeks for a few weeks for a phone call that may jever come then use Kristie Cain otherwise find somone that practices more responsible business practices and has the common decency to return a call.

Well, I did not complete JADE and I still graduated, and I did not get kicked out of the district lol. Yea I did the meetings but I didn't do the exit interview BS. Don't worry, kids. You can easily get away with not completing the JADE program.... They will just forget about you. Clearly, they forgot about me

Me and my partner came to see Ting when I was about to check out in our relationship. There was…read moreyears of unresolved hurt and mistrust, that made it hard for me to believe anyone could help us. Yet, I'm so glad we tried and so thankful that we chose Ting. From the first meeting, she created a space where both of us felt heard, understood, seen, and supported. At the end of our third session, my partner happily said to Ting, "At least we can agree on one thing now: we are very glad that we find you." The first major improvement happened when Ting helped us de-escalate our tension, not by telling us what to do, but by helping us understand and empathize with the "why" behind our reactions. It was a game changer. Suddenly I could see my partner's care and vulnerabilities behind the stoic silence, which used to feel like I did not matter at all. As our therapy progressed, the couple therapy felt more like a healing place, for our relationship, and the wounds from childhood. It's crazy to see how much our childhood shaped and affected us in adult relationships! Today, we have "graduated" from couple therapy as Ting put it after a year (weekly then bi-weekly). We are not perfect, but we feel closer to each other more than ever. We are so sure we are with the right person. With the tools Ting gave to us, it's much easier to navigate conflicts and differences, and express our needs. We've become much better at sharing feelings and thoughts, hearing one another and providing the needed support. We truly feel like life partners now. In one word, we are very grateful for the past year's growth. If you want a couple therapist who is capable, truly cares about her clients, and leads with kindness, I can not recommend Ting enough.

I have been seeing Pamela Ferguson off and on for 10 years. She has helped me through many…read moresituations, the biggest being my divorce and several smaller situations. She has helped me build a toolbox of startegies to successfully deal with real life situations. I have referred many friends to her - all returning with rave reviews. I understand therapists are not always a good match for everyone, but I would definitely recommend meeting with Pamela to see if it is a fit. Of course, to make therapy successful, you must be ready to hear the "bad" stuff in order to begin new habits and new ways of thinking.

Me not pleased,. We…read morewere assisted by Mrs Pamela Ferguson (Pam), for three years with couples (marriage) counseling. Mrs Ferguson's credo is just live with proper "christian" etiquette, stuff up your problems, live on as if they don't exist and eventually everything will solve itself. What she did give us was "practical advice". When we told her we went on vacation to our hometown and were worried about some family issues she advised us to make sure we stopped newspaper delivery during our trip. An other recommendation she made, even a few times, was to put dots on the labels of the laundry of the kids so that we can more easily sort them when washed. Very friendly of her, but not what we were paying a therapist for! Mrs Pamela' s son died when he was in college and she will take every opportunity to tell you about him. I have the feeling that we were footing the time she needed to come to terms with her loss. In her private life she is quite well-off and I had the feeling that real life problems of real life people (like us) don't exactly resonate with her. Also, I have found her to be conservative and narrow minded. We have visited Mrs. Pam for almost three years, most of the time once a week. In this period she suggested (advised?) the possibility of divorce regularly, and offered repeatedly to assist with the process. Instead we eventually chose for our marriage by looking for help elsewhere. The process we went into after that, was rough and painful. We needed to tear open all that was just stuffed away in the "Mrs. Pam years". You have to be open for it, and invest yourself into it, but in the end it did indeed give real results. If you are looking for couples counseling, go somewhere else, I am glad we did.
