Her kindness is matched with her compassion. I know this because I felt instantly connected when I first met Samira. I'm not someone who opens up easily, and I am especially guarded when it comes to personal things and trauma. I used to believe that therapy won't work for me. I think how therapists are often portrayed on television made me think negatively about the way therapy works. I really think it depends on the therapist. Samira really listens without judgment. She is not pushy with any sort of agenda. It feels effortless to talk to her. I honestly feel that she is with me and she has my back. I'm telling you, she truly is amazing, and I am so thankful to have met her. Samira is also great with kids! I can not believe how she is also skilled in working with children as well as working with adults! She uses a variety of tools when working with children. I do not know the names or methods because I'm not a therapist myself, but one of the ways is play therapy! I know this because one of my friend's children sees Samira as well, and her daughter adores her! She claims that seeing Samira is something she looks forward to every week! If you're looking for a therapist who is caring, intuitive, easy to talk to, and genuine, look no further! Samira is your girl!

Being able to openly discuss my faith and relationship with the Lord with Kaila has been very refreshing. While being able to speak with a pastor is a good thing, and speaking to family is also good, being able to speak to someone who is entirely removed from my life about my various struggles in my walk with Christ has been massively helpful and challenging. On another note, being able to speak with her about the challenges of fatherhood and being a husband, and receiving both validation as well as questions meant to challenge my perceptions has helped me grow as both a father and husband. The Lord is certainly using Kaila where she is, and having her as a counselor is truly a blessing.

Upon hiring on as a health coach in a separate role and going through my own personal difficult times with relationships, family and work, I decided to make an appointment for myself. My main purpose in going at the time was to help address mental blocks in weight release/management. I had been to traditional therapists before, but I never felt like I had found the right fit. I felt like they didn't give me any feedback and forced me to talk the whole time. Linda Rider is an active participant in trying to discuss and workout what you are there for. I was pleasantly surprised that hypnotherapy was nothing like I imagined. To me, it felt like guided mediation. I'm was in control of my thoughts the whole time, but I felt I could access a different part of myself by being more relaxed. Linda Rider is warm, kind, and real with you. She is authentic and sincere. She has a way of helping you see another perspective you didn't see before and relieving your subconscious from it's demons. She puts you in your place, but in a way that you can process to move forward in a better way. Once you have talked it out with her consciously, she guides you through hypnotherapy. She helps me work it out myself and get to a place I can't get to alone. Since I have been seeing her more regularly, I have released weight, formed stronger bonds in my relationships, and excelled in my career. I cannot thank her enough for all she has provided for me. I'd highly recommend you giver her a try.

I was someone who was not very spiritual, let alone seeker help through holistic means. However, over the past year I came to understand my spiritual side and knew I wanted to find a healer. I found Erika through Yelp and after researching reviews, her website, and having a free consultation I decided to book my first session. Since then I have purchased a few more sessions and also referred my sister. My sessions started with a guided meditation which felt incredible. There are thousands of guided meditations online (e.g. Youtube), but having one at the start is a session with Erika felt different and more uplifting. The sessions would consist of topics that I needed help with. The topics vary depending on the day and what I felt boiling since the last session. They consist of but not limited to life in general, personal relationships, work, past trauma, and personal development. Without getting into the details, at the end of each session, I felt like I had discovered something deep inside me that has been blocked. Erika helped extract whatever it is that has been giving me issues and provided me with guidance moving forward. She also me cut some knots that had been holding me back. Erika is very gifted at what she does. She provides a very comfortable and safe environment that allows you to share personal information that you may not share else where. All of my sessions were conducted online through zoom due to covid. I don't believe there would be a different if it was online or in person as I am still getting the same healing.
