First, we met with Mr. Foster personally to discuss my dad's wishes and arrangements. He didn't rush us. He answered all of our questions, and he shared stories of his own that showed us he understood our grief and that he was there for us. Dawn Adam's checked on us during my dad's viewing and made sure we had everything that we needed. Secondly, Foster's also has MUCH more affordable options than the other funeral homes in the area. I know cost isn't everything, especially when it comes to saying goodbye to a loved one, but Foster met all of our family's needs at a cost which we could afford. Nobody ever wants to need funeral or cremation, but if you do, Foster's will treat you and your loved ones with dignity, respect, and care.

They went above and beyond on the days of visitation and service. We planned to just play music from my sisters phone. Her phone was new and they didn't have the correct output for it. Staff worked together and prior to the start of the visitation, they had the doggle(?) that was needed. They checked in with all our family members to make sure we had what we needed throughout our time there. The space itself is also beautiful. We did everything from the visitation to service to reception at Cress. If the weather cooperates, they have a beautiful deck. They also have a nice playroom available for children which was quite beneficial for my nieces. These cemeteries were established in the mid-1800's to serve the Catholic populations of the St. Raphael, Holy Redeemer, St. Patrick and St. James parishes in the downtown area. Today, Resurrection Cemetery serves the Catholic population of all the parishes in the Madison area, as well as former residents who have relocated out of town but wish to be buried back in Madison. The Cemetery is centrally located at Regent Street and Speedway in Madison, and is over 40 acres in size. Buried within Resurrection Cemetery are many of the pioneer citizens of Madison, as well as Bishop William O'Connor, the first Bishop of Madison, who died in 1973, and Bishop Robert Morlino, the fourth bishop of Madison, who died in 2018. Comedian Chris Farley is also buried here.
