There were several entities involved in the planning of her funeral due to her status in the community. The staff at Cress helped to make difficult decisions easy. They went above and beyond on the days of visitation and service. We planned to just play music from my sisters phone. Her phone was new and they didn't have the correct output for it. Staff worked together and prior to the start of the visitation, they had the doggle(?) that was needed. They checked in with all our family members to make sure we had what we needed throughout our time there. The space itself is also beautiful. We did everything from the visitation to service to reception at Cress. If the weather cooperates, they have a beautiful deck. They also have a nice playroom available for children which was quite beneficial for my nieces. While I hope to not need their services for quite some time, I highly recommend working with their team.

The interior is comforting and charming, with sweet poems/verses (non-religious) carved into the white marble walls, and floral stained glass windows. The employee who escorted us inside to place my cousin's urn was very nice, quietly friendly, and supportive. I felt good about that being her final resting place. I've never priced such services before, but their rates seemed more than reasonable.

First, we met with Mr. Foster personally to discuss my dad's wishes and arrangements. He didn't rush us. He answered all of our questions, and he shared stories of his own that showed us he understood our grief and that he was there for us. Dawn Adam's checked on us during my dad's viewing and made sure we had everything that we needed. Secondly, Foster's also has MUCH more affordable options than the other funeral homes in the area. I know cost isn't everything, especially when it comes to saying goodbye to a loved one, but Foster met all of our family's needs at a cost which we could afford. Nobody ever wants to need funeral or cremation, but if you do, Foster's will treat you and your loved ones with dignity, respect, and care.
