We avoided this location because it had such poor reviews but the hub landed us here after we scheduled for 7am. Suddenly they didn't have enough trailers and our time was moved to 2pm. Except when we arrived at 2, some idiot hadn't returned their trailer from out of state and wasn't going to be back until 230. Except then it was 310 and they said they were 20 minutes out. Absolutely joke. We ended up leaving without the trailer and will never come back to this location or probably uhaul altogether. Moving is stressful enough.
