It's family owned so the dad, mom & daughter showed up in their pickup truck and got to work. They are clearly used to working together because they had things set up in a jif. They kept me informed via text when they would be arriving. I asked for lights since it was going to be a night activity and they provided large globe lights that lit up the tent with a great look. Everyone oohed and ahhed when I plugged them in. The tables & chairs were clean and their prices were reasonable. I'd use them again if I need a tent or other items.

I was easily able to submit my inquiry/request on their website and they responded to me within 24 hours! I had a few changes to make to my order and they were very accommodating. The employees that came out to the venues to set up the balloons wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. Both parties, I received so many compliments. The metallic options for the balloons are so pretty, I can't wait to use this vendor again!

This weekend we hosted a wedding in our backyard and needed a place to make guests feel comfortable & shelter them from whatever weather Michigan decided to throw at us. I'm gonna be real honest here, when we first agreed to host a wedding in our back yard during Covid, I was super nervous, and as time got closer that feeling only intensified. Chris & the staff at Party Dream went above & beyond to transform our back yard into what resembled an off site event if you ask me. A 20x30 tent with sides, including windows. A variety of tables, that they leveled out because of all the rain, clean comfortable white chairs. They arranged table clothes & runners that fit to the brides theme. They set up a dance floor, multiple speakers, a DJ mixing board that you could plug a phone into, fancy dance lights, LED lights inside the tent, matching lights that hung from tree to tree that you could change the color of via remote. They provided is an ice chilling table (I posted a picture of it) that kept ice cold for hours. Multiple bar tables & 8 foot tables to put food on, all of which had a black spandex cover making it look super sharp. They were even able to provide a stage for the bride & groom to stand on which they leveled out, and placed a decorated table behind for the bride & groom to place one of those unity sand/hour glass things on for the ceremony. After all was said & done the crew came over early the next to take down & remove everything except all the memories we will now have from the evening we had in our back yard. When Chris arrived he was a friend, by the time this shindig was over, he felt like family. A BIG Thank You to Chris & the crew at Party Dreams for helping us throw two kids in love a party they will never forget.

scammers I DO NOT recommend Party Dreams Wedding Event Rental…read more I reached out just to get a simple quote for a dance floor, and what I experienced was completely unacceptable. After multiple emails, the pricing kept changing, and every new quote added more questionable fees. They started with a reasonable number, then suddenly added inflated charges like excessive delivery fees, "basic labor," and extra handling fees that made the final total skyrocket. It felt very misleading and honestly like a bait-and-switch. I was not even booking a full event, just trying to rent a dance floor, and the final price was completely unreasonable for such a small request. Thankfully, I already have a trusted vendor (Todd) who is honest, transparent, and provides excellent service. The difference between the two was night and day. see their invoices

Highly recommend for your kids party!!!…read more We hired their train service for my nephews 3rd birthday and they knocked it out of the park. The business was incredibly responsive and very flexible to my sisters many date changes. My poor nephew had a fever the whole week before his birthday, but luckily he broke it and we were able to reschedule for the following day. I think we must've given four schedule changes ay yi yi. But they were patient and kind every step of the way. On the day of, they called to confirm the time and showed up early for setup. Conductor Mike was entertaining and played the part very well. We all felt safe and he ensured that. We got about four rides in one hour and honestly that was perfect for about 10-15 kids - and that includes the adults that got to enjoy it. You could fit 2 adults and kids in each car and the train came with three cars. Again, I highly recommend calling for a quote and booking them for your next kids party or event!

After researching pricing for table, chair and linen rental for our daughter's graduation party,…read moreU-Save came out on top. Jerry was super to work with, taking my multiple phone calls as the party grew in size and scope. 72 hours before our party, the weather looked questionable....and we didn't want to have gone to the lengths we did to have our party washed out. So, I called Jerry and asked to add a tent rental to our package. Sure thing, he said, no problem. And then offered to take off the delivery charge for the other items bc we had added the tent. (Every little bit helps, and he didn't have to offer.) Thursday morning, the truck was scheduled to arrive after 11 am. At 10, I decided I need 2 additional tablecloths. Again, no problem. The truck arrived as promised, and the guys got our tent up and tables delivered promptly and carefully---the linen tablecloths arrived already pressed and on hangers with plastic covers. Nice touch, much appreciated (who wants to be ironing the day of the party). Pick up was prompt as well. When you're planning a party, it's a job just to manage the details. It was great to rely on Jerry at U-Save. "No problem."
