It wasn't even covered in the move with plastic to protect it. They lost the handles for my refrigerator as well. Now I have to pay to have the dents and handles replaced. The manager at the storage unit where they took my things called me and told me they were drunk and broke his main gate because they were so drunk they couldn't find the code. Called how money for each step. Called for packing take, called for boxing items, called constantly instead of reviewing my items and giving me a quote for the job it was a daily harassment for money. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you want broken and damaged items and being harassed daily for money.

I recently had an excellent experience with this moving company. They were very easy to get a hold…read moreoff, being able to not only call them, but also text message them. The reservation coordinator Stephanie was very helpful and attentive in helping me arrange for a 4-man team to come and help me unload a truck of furniture and a piano. The team arrived, slightly out of the time window quoted, but this was due to guards at the front gate of the community making the team go through the back entrance, because they do not allow big trucks to drive over the bridge at the front gate. This detour easily adds at least a half hour to the trip. Had I thought about it, I could have informed them to come to the back gate in the first place and I'm sure they would have been right on time. The entire team was very professional, and their team leader Jonathan was quick to greet me, go over some paperwork and put his team right to work. Although there wasn't a lot on the truck, the majority was heavy or cumbersome furniture which had to be brought up to the second floor of the house, and the team made quick work of it. I also had a piano which they were unloading and although it was staying on the first floor, they needed to get it up 5-6 brick steps to get it into the house. The team took excellent care of the piano, covering it with drop cloths to ensure it wouldn't be scratched, wrapping the drop cloths in place in plastic wrap to ensure it wouldn't slip, and then positioned and fastened the piano to a piano board and dolly with straps to help ensure it would not fall off during the move. The team also helped move some furniture that was upstairs to the garage, since we would be getting rid of it, and assembled the queen sized bed that was brought upstairs. Overall using this company was a wonderful experience, worth every dollar, and I would definitely use them again.

I hired these guys to come back using my own supplies and it was great! 4 guys packed it up in about a day for the move the following day. It was the same 4 guys and 2 additional on move day and they loaded everything nicely. They worked hard and was mostly careful with my things on the way in. There were a few wall scratches and they made an extra trip back to grab some large doll houses we had so that was nice of them. 5 star review but for the wall scratches, I wiould still highly recommend these guys for your move.
