We had such an exceptional experience with the manager who helped us with our first truck rental. They made it easy and were very professional; this was at the onset of Covid-19. The rental was extremely easy, so when we determined we needed another month of storage, it made perfect sense to come back. Once again, Jennifer was super helpful securing the rentals. Hayward was kind and respectful when checking me in; taking me to the truck by golf cart and walking me through how to input the code and up to my very clean unit. If you need a truck and rental, this is your spot!

The area needs some investment in grading and mitigating the effects of rain water so it drains into the retention pond near by and stops the erosion.... There are huge potholes which mean huge puddles when it rains. I do not recommend this location. I will be looking for another storage for my Boat and Trailer.

If you value your belongings i highly suggest NOT storing at this facility. they have doors left…read moreopen after hours for anyone to come inside the storage areas. there are homeless people sleeping in units inside. our furniture was stolen within a week of being at the facility. owner/ manager admitted he knows he has an issue. security cameras do not pick up hallways where your unit is. i would not be surprised if they are involved in the thefts!

Staff was very friendly and helpful and I learned that the majority of tow hitches across other companies are installed by Uhaul. The hitch was installed within an hour without any issues. Excellent customer service; highly recommend.
