J.R. provided all his paperwork (certification, etc.) when he came to do the initial estimate. His honesty and professionalism were a welcome breath of fresh air. What has been done is subpar quality. Trim doesn't touch the floors. They painted trim after putting it on the walls, and got mismatched paint on the floor and walls. They ripped paint off walls when removing trim. They've had to be called back multiple times and on top of all of that: They shit talked our house and our family. Our daughter was asleep in a downstairs room and awoke to a new worker coming in saying he "was having a great day until he had to come to this shit hole!" It's been months and the basement is still trashed. They promise they'll leave it the way they found it! but that's a lie. It is really painful to see your own hard work undone by something you have no control over. It is even more painful to have "professionals" in your house who do a crappier job than you, as an amateur.
