As first time clients, we relied on this office for guidance and accurancy, yet we experienced poor organization, repeated delays and avoidable mistakes. Even after re- filling, the process caused unnecessary stress and wasted a significant amount of our time. While the issues was eventually corrected, we were told there would be no refund no compensation, despite the significant time wasted and the clear service error. Overall service was unprofessional, involved poor communication, avoidable mistake and inefficient. Since my only documents were bank statements, I trusted them and provided my online banking login credentials so they could access the statements.A few days later, an employee named Sajide Ali contacted me and stated they were working on my file. I wrote a check of $1,290 as their service fee. It is important to note that during this period, I was suffering from severe, debilitating health issues.Ultimately, they never filed my tax returns. When I later checked my bank account, I discovered that Sajide had used my login credentials to make an unauthorized Zelle transfer of $1,290 directly from my account to theirs.For a long time, I contacted them repeatedly demanding either my completed tax returns or a full refund. Every single time, they denied it and lied, claiming I never made such a payment. When I confronted the manager/owner (Tanka) over the phone, I was met with severe verbal abuse and insults.I have recently downloaded 7 years of historical bank transactions. I have recovered the absolute proof: both the original check I wrote and the unauthorized Zelle transaction Sajide made using my login info. I am attaching these documents to this review. They took advantage of a sick, vulnerable elderly customer who trusted them. This is a severe breach of trust, identity theft, and financial fraud. Avoid this location at all costs.
