These solicitors ambush you & don't give you all of the information. They talk you into getting…read moreservice & paying thousands of dollars for a system. So you pay the monthly fee & just as much monthly to pay off the equipment. They stick you in a 5 year contract until you pay off the equipment. Luckily they give you 3 days to cancel, which I did. Now I'm just waiting for them to pick up their equipment. They had a tech come the same night we signed up & they did a partial installation. Let's see how long it takes them to come get their equipment now since I have another company coming to install a system that cost me less than $1000 & monthly service is half as much!

I returned the equipment as instructed since it was unnecessary and not functioning as promised. Despite this, the company refused to issue a refund or cancel my service, claiming I am still bound to a 5-year contract--even though the equipment was returned and the issue remains unresolved. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly, but they would not work with me. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend based on their lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve a legitimate issue.

The team was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, helped me choose the best camera locations, and completed the installation with excellent attention to detail. The workmanship was clean and professional, and everything was set up perfectly. They also took the time to explain how to use the system and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything before they left. I now have much greater peace of mind knowing my property is properly protected. It's clear that this company takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, punctual, professional, and highly skilled security camera installation company, I would highly recommend them without hesitation. Absolutely top-notch service from beginning to end! I would definitely use them again. To add, I had a small hiccup with one of the cameras bugging and not showing up on my NVR. This of course wasn't their fault. Even though I provided the cameras and the wires, they still showed up after hours and helped me free of charge! Thank you David and Ramon! I wish you much success in your business and in the future I will call and recommend them when I need work done!

How a business responds to them matters, and unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of courtesy and customer care.

My previous company was not interested in doing anything except coming out to get their equipment, at which time I asked how much they would charge to replace batteries.
