As the retired Chief Security Officer in New York City with the MTA, the biggest transportation…read moreagency in the world, security was one of our top concerns, especially in New York City, after 9-11. One of the things my department handle was all the CCTV Systems for 4000 buses and 29 depots. When I came to Florida, I needed to upgrade my home security system I did some research and found Professional Home Security to be one of the outstanding CCTV businesses in the area. So I hired them to do some upgraded work at my home here in Florida. When I called them Anthony came right out and gave me an estimate. We set up a date and time of which Anthony came out with Angel, and set out to do the work. The work was completed in 2 1/2 days, and the job came out perfect.. Let me put it this way, if I was still working in New York I'd hire both of these guys to do all my CCTV work for me! These two guys are honest, fair, professional and do excellent work. I have no problem recommending them for your home or business security services. John Pro Chief Security Officer (Ret) MTA Bus / NYC Transit

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this security camera installation company!…read moreFrom start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The team was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, helped me choose the best camera locations, and completed the installation with excellent attention to detail. The workmanship was clean and professional, and everything was set up perfectly. They also took the time to explain how to use the system and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything before they left. I now have much greater peace of mind knowing my property is properly protected. It's clear that this company takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, punctual, professional, and highly skilled security camera installation company, I would highly recommend them without hesitation. Absolutely top-notch service from beginning to end! I would definitely use them again. To add, I had a small hiccup with one of the cameras bugging and not showing up on my NVR. This of course wasn't their fault. Even though I provided the cameras and the wires, they still showed up after hours and helped me free of charge! Thank you David and Ramon! I wish you much success in your business and in the future I will call and recommend them when I need work done!

It wasn't an easy job, they had to orchestrate wiring across 2 buildings and added 16+ ports including one that required some magic since it was in a part of the house that wasn't accessible via the roof. I'm very happy with the quality of their work, timeliness and price. I then followed up and asked them to install a ton of smart switches around the house, outdoor lighting, and several other jobs that I've had on my TODO list for a long time. Amazing work, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone dependable and with the skills to get the job done right.

Unfortunately the person who answered the phone and tried to help was either new, inexperienced or…read morepossibly only able to provide scripted responses. I was trying to get a safe installed. The dealer only does curbside delivery( they will not put it in the house. They will deliver the safe to the installation company ie ALSS or do curbside to my home and I can arrange for ALSS to come to my location and install it when delivered. After multiple attempts to convey this to the woman answering the phone she asks where is it going to be delivered to. So I give her my address then she asks what address it's going to be installed. When both addresses were the same she said that doesn't work. So obviously an inability to communicate. After multiple attempts to rephrase the situation it became apparent she could not grasp the concept of having the safe delivered to ALSS who would then delivery and install it. I probably should've asked for someone who was better equipped, but by that point I was already frustrated. So in this instance ALSS lost my business. I loathe surveys. This was a waste of my time and a loss of revenue for ALSS. Hopefully they will provide a little better training, unless of course they don't need the business

best-friend of the forgetful husband…read more So, my wife calls me Mr. forgetful because I have a bad habit of loosing track of me keys. I have misplaced house keys, work keys, but when I lost the car keys at the beach, over the Mother's Day weekend, she went through the roof. This was the second pair of car keys that I inadvertently misplaced in the last three months and we knew that the dealership would charges use $300 to $400 per key to replace them. As I explained my plight to friends, family or anyone else that would listen, I was given the number to Forever Secure Lock and Safe. That was one of the best calls I ever made. In addition to working with my busy schedule (offering to meet up with me instead of my having to go to their offices), they were able to replace both car keys (FOB for a 2008 Cadillac STS and Smart Key for a 2011 Buick Enclave), the remote for the Enclave alarm system and reprogram everything for a fraction of the cost I would have paid to a dealership. Not only am I completely satisfied, by I am recommending this company to friends and family for all of their locksmith needs. Regardless of the key, if you need great service for an excellent price, I would give Forever Security a call
