I returned the equipment as instructed since it was unnecessary and not functioning as promised. Despite this, the company refused to issue a refund or cancel my service, claiming I am still bound to a 5-year contract--even though the equipment was returned and the issue remains unresolved. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly, but they would not work with me. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend based on their lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve a legitimate issue.

So you pay the monthly fee & just as much monthly to pay off the equipment. They stick you in a 5 year contract until you pay off the equipment. Luckily they give you 3 days to cancel, which I did. Let's see how long it takes them to come get their equipment now since I have another company coming to install a system that cost me less than $1000 & monthly service is half as much!

Unfortunately the person who answered the phone and tried to help was either new, inexperienced or…read morepossibly only able to provide scripted responses. I was trying to get a safe installed. The dealer only does curbside delivery( they will not put it in the house. They will deliver the safe to the installation company ie ALSS or do curbside to my home and I can arrange for ALSS to come to my location and install it when delivered. After multiple attempts to convey this to the woman answering the phone she asks where is it going to be delivered to. So I give her my address then she asks what address it's going to be installed. When both addresses were the same she said that doesn't work. So obviously an inability to communicate. After multiple attempts to rephrase the situation it became apparent she could not grasp the concept of having the safe delivered to ALSS who would then delivery and install it. I probably should've asked for someone who was better equipped, but by that point I was already frustrated. So in this instance ALSS lost my business. I loathe surveys. This was a waste of my time and a loss of revenue for ALSS. Hopefully they will provide a little better training, unless of course they don't need the business
