When I first got him they de-flead him for me and gave me what was left of the spray in the bottle and took the time to show me how best to apply it. The level of customer service is great, they operate as an off-shoot of the Wellington branch so ops are performed there but you can drop your pet into the Shifnal branch and pick them back up from there too.
