He also stated that he normally has to cut and paste most firms probate reports, but in this case was able to just submit the whole report without any alteration, there by saving me extra solicitors charges. The show room is lovely, the staff are knowledgeable but not pushy...and you get to wander around and try out all of the beds - what a brilliant way to shop!! We have had the bed for a couple of months now...and I still love it! It is stylish, really comfy and has storage space for 74 pairs of shoes underneath! What more could a girl want?? The only thing I am unsure about is their sales! Since I bought our bed I have seen quite a few adverts for Warren Evans on the tube/in timeout etc... and they always seem to have a sale. This means I wouldn't recommend buying a bed full price, as if you wait a month or two you'd be able to get the bed of your dreams at a bargain price. *Oops. Upon moving to London and leaving behind our first "wow" mattress, we needed a replacement. I wanted quality and I didn't want it to be covered in flame retardants that leave you sleeping in a sea of VOCs. I came across Warren Evans online and with the showroom just a short walk away, it was a no brainer. The showroom as nice - all the models there for us to see with cheery salespeople saying "go ahead, lay on it all the way" and "no worries - you can get your shoes on it." After hopping around from mattress to mattress, we left the store with two quotes in our hands and guaranteed price even though the sale would have ended before we called in the order. Not bad! When it was finally delivered the men arrived right on time, were very friendly and careful and were out in about 20 minutes. Amazing. When I was left to look at the bed for the first time, I wanted to cry. It's beautiful people, it really is. It just oozes craftsmanship. My favorite part is the little tufted buttons on top! And, to top it all off, man is this thing comfortable. Absolutely NO complaints from the mattress snob. **A special note for those of you concerned about harmful chemicals - they have a line of 100% organic mattresses, certified by the soil association. Even the flame retardant is naturally derived. It's a wonderful feeling to put your head on the pillow at night knowing you're breathing in clean air! UPDATE: I've now slept on this mattress for about a month and a half, and I just can't explain how comfortable it is. I used to have to get out of bed after 8 hours because of discomfort, but now I'm sleeping 10 hours and feel fit as a fiddle in the morning!

Received email in the first week of April for final 50% as due for delivery within 4 weeks. I chased them at end of April for delivery date. Was told should be by end of May. Chased and chased throughout May, to be told was going to be June, due to delays. Sales staff aren't able to tell me what the delays are though. Then was told that would be July. When I asked to cancel my order as they have totally failed to deliver, was told that there was a 30% restocking fee- £1,436 for absolutely nothing. When I asked for the complaints procedure, I was told they don't have one, as they have never had a complaint. I asked for the directors contact details, which they wouldn't give, he rang off a withheld number, and didn't call me back when requested. they say that they are a small company, but actually have 20 showrooms. I have no faith at all in their 15 year frame guarantee or the stain cover- they can't even get the sofa made! If you are looking for good quality service STAY WELL CLEAR OF SOFAS AND STUFF.

I ended up ordering an armchair I didn't even know I wanted as it was so comfortable. We were really impressed with the value too. We waited just over six weeks for delivery, as advised. The delivery people were polite and efficient, even when they had to remove the doorframe to get our new armchair in. We absolutely adore our new furniture. Thanks Sofas and Stuff!

Lombok has some really nice furniture, and it is really great that it doesn't seem to be just…read morere-hashing the style of every other furniture shop on Tottenham Court Road! It looks how English people expect "Eastern" style to look, rather than actual Eastern pieces - but I still quite like it. As their furniture style is quite chunky, it doesn't really fit in with the rest of the furniture in our flat (we seem to go for mid-century Danish/Swedish styles) BUT I still think this style could look nice if we had a bit more space. There is a very large basement in addition to the upstairs showroom, so it is worth venturing inside rather than just window shopping. I have bought a few small items for finishing touches...I really like lots of their baskets for storage etc. Whenever I have bought anything, they get me to sit down as they put it through their system...it is not a particularly speedy process (and this is just for accessories or small items) so I have a feeling it would take quite a long time if you want to order large items of furniture! Visit here when you have plenty of time!!
