I spoke to her and told her of the unprofessional treatment I received from the time of delivery to the exit. She stated she would speak to the operations manager and send me a release form for reimbursement of damages, etc. That has been done and I received acknowledgement of the form being received. I now await the next step, as told by Marie, for the compensation to be received.

Our furniture was supposed to stay on the truck til it went to our new home the manager guaranteed my husband. The furniture was wrapped at that point. when they unloaded there was BLACK streaks all over my couches. my big couch was broken in the center. there is black dust all over the couches. They broke four bookshelves. several pieces of glass cause there is glass all throughout as I unloaded. The topper is while they were in my home and used the restroom one of them left a middle finger on my bathroom wall in the black dust. They offered @$200 to make things right which we have not accepted. The men talked non stop and goofed off. as I stated they were hired til 4:30. To the past review on here regarding the "rude" lady on the phone. She's referring to the assistant "spring" & yes she is very rude. Actually she's very nasty, unpleasant, unprofessional & needs actual management training as she lacks it. No further attempts will be made to speak with management above her regarding our experience as we don't feel we were heard nor was it rectified other than a "oh well, she made a mistake". To anyone reading this review, if you have read it thus far. Do not store with this company, go with public storage instead or anyone for that matter.
