nice enough but for the exhibit magical creature... there was a sign that clearly said 999 per person those under at year free or some age ... we paid 12 dollars each so take down the sign false advertising... when it came to over 26 I figured Walz and his taxes but it seems it just your basic scam

This is the 3rd time I've taken my children to como town. We really like it. It's a great place to take small children. Everytime we've been able to get a discount band using groupon or some other coupon site. Then we buy a few points for ourselves. They go on a card that never expires. There's no admission at the gate although there is a recommended donation. The food is not too overly priced. Parking can be a pain but this last time we took the shuttle. Save yourself time and go straight to the shuttle pick up....so easy! Also being a swimsuit for the kiddos. Their splash area is super fun! I gave them 4 stars because their tables were really dirty in the picnic area and the unisex/family bathroom stink to high heaven!

I bought all-day wristbands through Strib Deals and got 4 for $36! It was great for the kids. I brought a 12, 8 and 5 year old... it's probably best for 3-4 year olds, but we had fun. It's also great with the zoo, conservatory and park right next door. The food is kind of pricey, but not outrageous ($3-5 for softserve ice cream, $5 corn dog, $7 foot long, $4 cotton candy)You can spend the entire day here for relatively cheap. You can bring your own food and eat in the park, go to the zoo and jump on some rides - overall good time!

Really big park. A lot of open space. I have been to two bbqs with my family and I loved this place both times. A lot of kids. Sounds. Different Cultures EVERYWHERE. Trash cans everywhere. Indoor bathrooms. Great place for a family get together.

Como Town is a great family experience from the animals at Como zoo, food and the rides. There's something for everyone at every age.

We are here all of the time with our kids. We have season passes, which is worthwhile for young kids.

It is no wonder that I love to visit the Conservatory in the dead of winter. There is no better…read morefeeling than going there when it's below zero, and your body does not even remember what humidity feels like. Sure, going to Hawaii is great, but if you want something closer and thousands of dollars less expensive (it's actually free, but they suggest you give them a small donation upon entry), I recommend a quick trip to the indoor conservatory. Save the zoo for a nice summer day. My two favorite areas are the topics, and the Sunken Garden. The tropics is the place to go for a hot, steamy reprieve from the Minnesota winter. It has lots of fun swimming animals, a sloth that is about as lively as a stuffed bear, but the biggest attraction, for me, is the incredible hot, moist area. But that's just one area of the Conservatory. Don't miss the larger part that includes jungle-type foliage, wonderful plants, and a display of orchids. We were there the weekend after the orchid show, but we were treated to the award winning and amazingly beautiful orchids. The highlight however, is the seasonal changes that take place in the Sunken Garden. This is an ever changing variety of seasonal flowers and can cheer up the crankiest of us who are just trying to make it through to Spring.

The conservatory dome is the perfect place to visit in the heart of winter , I'm talking negative temperatures because the dome is humid and hot (think Florida) because it helps the tropical plants Fun fact- Valentine's Day they do dinners in the gardens but sell out fast!
