I've worked with Mark Morgan for several years now, and he is, without question, the best trainer I've ever worked with. His knowledge of fitness, strength training, mobility, and overall health is incredible, but what really sets him apart is after all these years, he continues to challenge me, and somehow keeps me engaged even on the days I'm not feeling it. As a former college athlete, I've become noticeably stronger, my overall fitness has improved, and I can do things today that I couldn't do when I started. When I've had physical concerns (including a fun year with frozen shoulder) I relied so heavily on the expertise and experience of Dr. Jon Francis - who is absolutely incredible... and also a phenomenal trainer himself! But the biggest transformation hasn't been physical. The greatest gift F3 has given me has been my mental health. Life is busy, stressful, and demanding, and that hour has become something I genuinely need. No matter how I walk through the door--stressed, exhausted, overwhelmed, or distracted--I always leave feeling happier, more energized, and in a better headspace than when I arrived. The entire team at F3 is so welcoming & encouraging. I've made genuine friends in some of the trainers and others who work out there. I've seen great athletes improve, and I've seen people regain their lives there. It is a space for everyone, completely free of judgment. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you've been training for years, Mark meets you where you are and pushes you to become the best version of yourself. If you're looking for a gym that genuinely cares about you as a whole person, I cannot recommend F3 and Mark Morgan highly enough.

The desk person had the audacity to ask "what did you do" .. VICTIM BLAMING ME, when I instantly reported the uncomfortable advance made towards me. The front desk person, Jeff, never apologized to me for his remarks, but the manager did and I decided to keep trying at this place. Then tonight, my phone was stolen while I was in the sauna. The same front desk person did nothing to help the situation. If I had not paid attention, and tracked the people down and gotten it back myself, my phone would be long gone. This place is good if you need equipment, but use hand sanitizer, take long showers, and watch yourself and your stuff closely. Never stepping foot in here again. When I signed up through my insurance provider for this gym's membership, I needed to finish the set up in the physical location. The person finalizing my membership explained that it was policy for a card to be on file, but specifically stated it would not be charged a fee and it was for things like drinks or whatever I may need at their gym shop. The first of the month rolls around and I noticed a charge from the gym without explanation, while I am 14 hours away from the gym. I instantly assumed someone used my card for a snack, so I called my bank to report fraud and get a charge back. Thankfully that processed and I quickly canceled my membership through my insurance portal. I have since been receiving multiple notices that I am getting late fees for not paying this mystery monthly charge even though my membership is canceled and was specifically told nothing would charge to my card on file except for anything I purchased from their gym shop. When I called to speak to someone about this, I discovered that the woman who activated my membership also took it upon herself to upgrade my membership after telling me I would not be charged anything because I "already paid." I am very thankful for the gentleman who quickly took care of this mistake for me, told me he would discuss the situation with his manager, and address the employee who decided to put fraudulent charges on my card, but overall this was a wildly disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this location and if you do, be sure to keep an eye on your bank statements.
