Not only did he agree to take on my job and promptly schedule a day to come out within a week, he also explained why it was being required by the county, what the tests will provide, and potential solutions depending on the results of the test. On the day of the tests, I met one of Bill's employees on site and they were more than courteous with their time to explain to me the methods on evaluating the soil and what each sample meant. Finally, I spoke to Bill after the test since I needed a couple of referrals related to my construction project and he gave me three people that: 1) have experience working directly with the county, 2) were happy to review what I have currently done and provide suggestions. Stanley and his son Aaron came out the day after we called for help, came in very close in price to our original estimate AND they did all the work the same day. We had a MAJOR problem that involved every homeowner's worst nightmare (cutting through concrete and digging up the ground!!) but they finished in less than four hours and we were only without use of plumbing for maybe half that time. Stanley took the time to explain EVERYTHING and assured us that he was treating the project as though it was his own home. It helped that he's also a super personable guy and knows a ton because he's been around forever. Not only did he win our business for this job but now we will call him for our regular pumping needs too. Thanks so much for helping us out of a pretty desperate situation and being super fair and kind to us!
