They've come out to pump twice as well which is fast and convenient, and did a jettison/flushout to help our septic field limp along another year or so. However, our most recent service by them was full septic tank replacement because we had a major failure due to age and location. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost, as every homeowner with a septic system fears the replacement someday. Within 2 weeks they had the plans and permits, and installed the new system in 1 day. Even though it's painful to do a major home repair. Rechel added thousands of dollars of equity to our property and did it in a timely manner and with good service. Not only did he agree to take on my job and promptly schedule a day to come out within a week, he also explained why it was being required by the county, what the tests will provide, and potential solutions depending on the results of the test. On the day of the tests, I met one of Bill's employees on site and they were more than courteous with their time to explain to me the methods on evaluating the soil and what each sample meant.
