The owner, Jim Fash, sent me 28 emails in three weeks over a $20 onboarding session. I provided my…read moreinsurance information immediately and explained that I had a lot going on personally and would enter my card details when I had time. Despite that, he repeatedly threatened to send my account to collections and continued emailing me nonstop. The level of pressure and harassment over twenty dollars was alarming. It made me feel completely unsafe trusting my mental health to a practice run this way. If you're a counseling office, read the room -- show some empathy and give people space. You'll get your twenty dollars. Prioritizing penny-pinching over creating a supportive environment is the opposite of what someone seeking mental health care needs.

Please NEVER bring your children to Jenna Fash…read more First off, she shared confidential information with my guardian ad litem (illegally). After that she was fired, but pretended she quit instead. Former child client of hers here, and she did everything she could to advocate for my abusive parent instead of me. He easily flirted/charmed her, and she completely dismissed anything I said that wasn't supporting him. Dismissive, condescending, and delusional. How she became licensed is beyond me. She has inflicted lifelong damage on my ability to trust that therapists are actually meant to help. She does not prioritize the best interest of children, and the fact that she backed my abuser while working to take away custody from my only safe guardian without reason is unforgivable.

I set up a couples session for my wife and I. The insurance process is a huge headache. It took 2…read moredays to get a benefit breakdown in which only takes a matter of minutes if you call the insurance company. I had to call in order to even be told that OCS received it. The day of my session, I received an email from Dr. Bianca Clark stating that they needed to do more research about my insurance in which my primary is Cigna and my secondary is Medicaid. Yes, they are in network with my primary commercial insurance and do not require a pre-auth but out of network with my secondary however, I receive a message from Kara Olimene and she states that due to not being able to bill my secondary they would be serving me for free which is completely false. All OCS would have had to do was bill through the primary and I would be responsible for the remainder of the bill as I was willing to pay. No different then only having my primary commercial insurance without a secondary. As a regional manager for a major medical company specializing in insurance and authorizations, I have never heard of this. Instead of offering self pay, she sent me a message after I stated that I have never heard of this "good luck". I have dealt with behavioral health on many levels and have never had a company not be empathetic or even offer alternatives. Will not recommend to my patients, family or friends. Unfortunately, from the beginning I felt unheard and like I was the problem. As an adult going to…read moretherapy with my mother, nagla seemed to instantly and confidently choose my mother as the sane point of contact. Meaning instead of helping my mother and I bridge our gap, heal and grow; The full year became sessions focused on me and how awful I am. I had no power as the two discussed how I'll understand when I'm a "real" mom as nagla and my mother have adult children and I only have my toddler, so I wasnot seen as an equal. Sessions endured with no regard to areas that needed healing for my mother and I. I was given goals, tasks and consequences while my mother was never pressured to do any of the like. Nagla constantly forgot the very few names brought up in every meeting, a fixed weekly schedule that we brought up every time seemed to be a surprise to her each time. sadly she didn't seem to care about my concerns as I was not the one paying. I found group therapy that helped me feel the confidence to post this. I feel better after stopping seeing her. It's been about 4 months and I feel much happier and confident again. What hurt me the most was in the first meeting, I mentioned the father of my son and him being estranged. the publicity of motherhood unwed and the accusations that came with it. Her immediate response wasn't any kindness but she had the nerve to ask how i know the father of my son is the father of my son and if I was sure and how could I be sure.
