So glad I found this place for my kiddos! The coaches are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the same goes for the parents and students. It truly feels like a community, which I love. My kids are having such a great time, not only learning self-defense, but also making new friends and bonding with amazing coaches. Couldn't be happier! read more

I had the pleasure of training here for almost a year and it's by far the best training experience I had. I came in with a small striking foundation and in a short time i was able to make a lot of improvement and in the meantime started BJJ. Top notch coaching. But my biggest takeaway from CSD was the "community" there. Didn't matter your skill level everyone was there to train and have a good time. From the guys fighting often to the ones stepping on the mats for the first time everyone was welcomed and embraced like family. Forever thankful to CSD for making me fall in love with MMA. read more

Words cannot fully capture how incredible this place is! My daughter has been learning from the amazing coaches here for over a year, and she absolutely adores them, along with the other students. Coach Sid and Coach Miles do more than just teach Jiujitsu, they instill values like integrity and respect, which the kids carry with them in all aspects of life. It truly feels like a family! Even though there are a lot closer options by our area, we gladly make the hour long drive each way because the experience, the environment, and the growth my daughter has gained are all worth it. We couldn't be happier to be part of this wonderful community! read more

An amazing place to learn self defense! The instructors are as legit as they come and accomplished Black Belts and competitors in their own right. Instructor Sid was awarded his Black Belt in BJJ by UFC pioneer - the Legendary Master Joe Moreira. Sid's passion for teaching is unprecedented and it shows in his instruction. For Sid it's not just a club, it's family. His ability to articulate instruction is highly regarded by the community. Instructor Myles was awarded his Black Belt by NoGi World Champion/ADCC Gold Medalist, Joao Assis. Just prior to earning his Black Belt, Myles was ranked the #1 Brown Belt for Jiu Jitsu World League. He is also amazingly passionate, exhibiting gratitude and humility in his instruction. Both of the gentlemen are an absolute class act and have created something very special with this school! Fantastic place for beginners or experienced grapplers and strikers. No egos, intimidation or any out of place aggression. Sid and Myles are two top notch black belts that understand how to grow people into better fighters. I've been with them for about one year even before they officially opened this gym. They really do take care of their students. Some gyms you may run into only the top guys/girls getting attention but CSD really does put attention to competitors and those doing as a hobby/exercise. read more

After trying out several gyms, I can positively say I've found my home gym. Coach Myles and Coach Sid are both high level and are amazing people. This gym is filled with talent. The coaches are patient and great teachers. I couldn't say enough about this dojo and words don't do it justice; something you just have to see and feel for yourself. Thank you for always keeping great vibes and showing us cool sh*t. Btw the music here is fire; Myles and Sid have polar opposite playlist but I guarantee they're all bangers. Also there's a cold drinking fountain, who does that?!?! read more

I can't think of a coach more patient, motivating, and inspirational than you. You guys have a gift for bringing out the best in people, yet the kids are grateful to have you as their coach. They are so lucky to have both of the coach who inspires them everyday to be better than the day before. You guys are truly the best coach ever. My daughter and I have been coming here for a couple months now. Coach Sid and Coach Myles run an amazing kids' jiu jitsu program. They're patient, respectful, and all around amazing people to be around. I know my daughter is in good hands and coming here is always the highlight of our day. The adult classes are fun too, might seem a bit intense at first but they're always there to guide the way and slow things down if needed. Being the only female on the mat was a bit intimidating but everyone is super chill and takes care of one another and I feel comfortable sparring or rolling with the guys. read more

I Love this gym. They are great with the kids and not only do they teach them excellent jujitsu but they also teach them how to be great human beings. Treating others with kindness and respect is very important to Sid and Myles. I love what they do so much with my son that I started training with them too. If you're thinking of starting jujitsu/ MMA, definitely come check out their gym. I promise you you'll love it. read more

Coach Myles and Coach Sid are awesome. My son looks up to them so much. We have been coming here since they opened. It's definitely a tight community and everyone is so nice and welcoming. We love our gym family. You don't get that type of environment with the big name gyms we used to go to. This has all around been an awesome experience! read more

I've been looking for a new place to train for a little while, this place has been very welcoming very friendly zero egos. As a female it's very difficult to find a comfortable environment to train at, and I can say that this place has been nothing but welcoming. read more

Really friendly atmosphere! instructor Sid and Myles couldn't have been any nicer. As a beginner martial arts is very intimidating but I did not get any negative vibes here. Everyone just wants to learn and get better together while other gyms I have been too you had guys that had massive egos and would try to "check you" in insidious ways. Also the combined experience level of both Sid and Myles is hard to find at other gyms and you get to train with them directly in smaller classes which in a sense is like having a mini private with them where you can directly ask them questions and get instant feedback. This is what helped me grow rapidly compared to my last gym where we had these giant classes with one instructor but we really didn't know if what we were doing was accurate since martial arts is very technical and picking up bad habits is easy. This journey in martial arts has also bled into other areas of my life. It's made me far more focused. I manage my time better. It's helped greatly with my mental toughness since you are doing hard things even on days where you rather not show up and watch tv instead. It's improved my internal grit when it comes to dealing with adversity especially when it comes to business. Also my confidence is night and day, the fear of approaching people has greatly diminished since there is always this slight psychological fear that there could be a negative reaction or physical confrontation if things happen to go south even though most interactions never lead to that are subconscious runs off that synthetic introverted fear. Knowing that I can handle the very worst of human interactions gives you this strong internal feeling as if you are bulletproof and has helped overcome my public shyness. I know this sounds far out but this was a major benefit for me when it came to martial arts. Join today! as the saying goes theres one day and day one and my only regret was I didn't join sooner. read more
